I have used Arnold Clark at Heathrow Airport several times, and once again they have exceeded all my expectations. The service is absolutely outstanding from start to finish.
The staff are incredibly friendly, kind and professional. They make both the collection and return of the car completely stress-free and genuinely enjoyable. Everything is handled quickly, efficiently and with a great attitude.

The overall experience was great
The overall experience was great: from booking to delivering the van back. The person who dealt with our booking over the phone was extremely polite and patient and found the best vehicle and deal based on our needs. When we returned the van, Mike took care of closing the rental and he was equally polite, friendly and attentive.
We only had a negative experience when we collected the van because the person dealing with us seemed quite annoyed or bored and couldn’t wait to get rid of us. What a pity for such a young person to have such an unfriendly attitude.

Booked online this is my 2nd time hiring in 7 weeks very easy booking system. Was a bit disappointed with the car a got this time. A was hoping a would have got a skoda karoq but a got a peugeot. As am looking to buy a karoq and it would have been a good test drive but it's one of these things no hassle

Van hire at Arnold Clark...Why go anywhere else!
Arnold Clark have the best prices around for short term van hire. Their website is very clear and simple to navigate and picking up the van is a doddle. The staff at the Preston, Lancashire branch are very friendly but still professional and super efficient. Their excess waiver product is really competitive and their fuel prices are a no brainer. Why fuel up outside when you can get a full tank for 20-30p off the fuel pump prices! Arnold Clark are my go to company for van and car hire, full stop.
