The lady who dealt wirh me
The lady who dealt wirh me , did a wonderful job. the problem was the insurance. it took teo hours to get a clearance, because my profession( actor/ speaker) seemed to be a problem. however, the reaction of the lady( to pay for oke day less, and not to fill up gas at the end) was an adequate compensation. And the upgrade with the bigger/better car was wonderful.

First class customer service
First time hiring a car and i will definitely be returning, the service from Gary when we picked up the car to returning it with Marion was first class. The car we received was immaculate and a joy to drive. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was a great help but would be better if it was closer to the main terminal but not a major inconvenience.
