A company with non-transparency. Discussing, and corrupt.

I had a debt from 5 years ago. Arrow took over the debt.
I have been applying for a mortgage repayment as my interest only mortgage come to an end.b so the bank requested evidence of correspondence to have a payment plan or for debt paid off with arrow. So I thought to save time I will pay debt off 284.00 to have correspondence in time. 8 days later nothing in my email. So rang them. They had nothing down on notes I had paid the debt off. It turns out they gave me an incorrect ref. Number and now have to correct it. In meantime now another week gone by. Still not sorted out.
And now I am paying a high interest mortgage as I cannot procede with a repayment mortgage. You can't talk to anyone about this as just an agent who emails and that's it. If it isn't sorted I will go to ombudsman. I have felt so stressed and nervous since all this has happened. They don't care. And where's my money gone that I paid.???

Arrow global are a disgrace

Arrow global are a disgrace. I tried to sell my flat I was told there was a charging order on it, I contacted The court original CCJ which was not on my credit file. I was directed to Southend court they told me it was a Teresa ccj who took a charging out, no mention of arrow global, i had never paid any one for the debt, I ended up after 6 months of checking they went bust 2011. original 2007, I had contact an office I Southend who who had sold to another at the same address. A scam the person I spoke to was a solicitor who had previously owned the loan it goes on until he told of a company called arrow global, i was trying to sell my flat, I contacted arrow global who said the knew about me, this went on for nearly a year, I went back to Southend court asked them did they know of arrow global owning this account. The court told they never heard them as i had thought . The solicitor in Southend knew a lot more as he owned the previous company who Owned its all a scam i have proof, i complained too the court and told them of arrows, they now said I had loan accihrs fron black horse finance. To my disbelief I no took 2 loans, I had to sort it out, I rang them she spoke to the office? The advice was wrong so they could get it paid. I had to pay butni said in would going to court to claim it back I knew there was never 2 account same company, they lied and more bad advice saying I had to pay all I told them In writing the debt was in my name only, they said still gave to pay it. all this 11 months was all my work to find it all out about arrow global as I said to the court if I didn’t know about it how could I pay it off. They said I had to pay it all , my partner did not owe the debt why did they she should pay the mortgage was a joint acciubt but was in my name only I found out since I shoujd have paid her amount and they told me lies
and lies
I complained after there was nothing they would do, I got completely lost by there reply from gernsey after 7 month’s . I complained to the ombudsman they took a year reply, outrageous there repky was I’m too late. I got to say I will see them both in court now, the ombudsman we might be able to take the 2nd bad advice about the joint account to court, wait another year to be told too late. My partner lost over £6000.00 had a heart attack For stress - now has to be monitored 24 hours daily - lies and justice I won’t stop this suppose buying of debts is stopped I believe the debt was never purchased the information was to wrong and they all knew each other and were in the same office , I was given an email address in 2018 Teresa financial co her name and the email address of a company who went bust .2012 so the email address was used by ab ex director 6 yeas later ?? I have proof.THERE NOT GETTING AWAy with this
thatch
Then out of the blue the court

EGG Drama

Yes, I share your pain. I called Drydens Fairfax Solicitors who are joined @ the hip with Arrow Global & they were about as much help a as an ashtray on a motorbike !! My drama goes back almost 8yrs when I was miss-sold a PPI Policy attached to an EGG Loan. I paid the loan back in full & early but didn't pay for the PPi Policy + interest as it became Null & Void given that I live outside of the UK. Can I get anybody to look into this @ Drydens or Arrow ???? I'd already thought that the issue was dead & buried as I had responded to all previous correspondence from other companies who were playing 'Pass The Parcel' with it. I made my last attempt @ a resolution in July 2014 & never heard a thing until around July 2019, so only 5yrs !!!! I have made a few calls to Drydens & emailed them my response/argument etc. After several emails between us they sent me 1 on Monday to tell me that A CCJ had been placed on me sometime in 2017 which I had zero knowledge about until now. Looks like I've got a busy year in front of me.....

Awful company. Scum of the Earth

Awful company, ignorant to the fact an account was opened fraudulently and provided sufficient evidence. No consideration for people with Mental Health issues. Total Disgrace. Directors have more companies in receivership they should pay their own debts before chasing and harassing people for debts not even due. Have these people heard of the Section 37 of the Administration of a Justice Act?

the most unprofessional outfit I…

the most unprofessional outfit I have ever had the misfortune to have come into contact with through absolute no fault of my own just their pure incompetence . A company who mistakenly took out a CCJ in my name against an address I had not lived in for nine years, a date of birth which was not mine and basically tried to claim £3000 from the wrong person. It has cost me a year of my life, countless hours of time and £700 to take this outfit to court and have this CCJ removed from my record. Throughout this stressful process Arrow Global and Shoosmiths Solicitors could not have made things more difficult or been less helpful. SHAMEFUL, should be closed down.
