Excellent service

I’ve just received my paintings and they are even better now they are here, very easy to deal with Mikael at Art store & would highly recommend them if you want quality paintings at affordable prices,any questions you need answering Mikael was always available ti help, great service very pleased.

Fraud almost, certainly bad quality.

I sent a foto of a ship to be made a painting and got four months delayed a piece of crap, quality of a five year old kid playing with his own poo. Painter living in China obviously saw a ship, or a picture of a ship first time in life. The company denied refund nevertheless i sent photo of this "painting" and reference photo of normal adequate quality ship-painting. People, avoid this company. Really, you can probably make a better painting all yourself.
EDIT Now this company replyes i have made somekind a threat, that is absolutely not true, can be confirmed even in court. And as a professional art dealer, he really should have known what a painting of a ship means, specially in that kind of photo i sent for order. He even said he has a "ship specialist painter". Its incompetent to deny that. And even that its not important, but the painting really was delayed with months from the original deal. Its true he told me more time was needed when i asked (at the original estimated time of delivery), and i agreed. And i never wanted the painting free, i wanted to return it and get money back. Theres a difference. Oh if i only knew what i was stepping into...

Very sorry to see that you are still not happy with your painting that we delivered on time and according to our agreement.

As we have discussed in several emails back and forth, I cannot give you the painting for free just because you wanted to have a painting in a very specific technique. As I explained you had to share those wishes with us before we actually made the painting and not afterwards. It would have been very easy to make a painting in that special style, if we would have known.

As with regards to your threats and insults to me personally and the artists that I work with. I can just say that I'm sorry that you allow yourself do say such awful things, but I still cannot give you the painting for free.

I hope your day now becomes better after writing this very strange review.

Great artwork, terrible delivery

We love the artwork that we receive from Art Store but the company that Art Store uses for delivery is terrible. The very bad experience I have had with the delivery company will make me think twice before I purchase artwork from them again.

We are only using well respected shipping companies and I believe that in your case we used TNT. Great painting

Great painting, arrived on time.
The only issue was that I was not happy with the hooks provided, as the instructions on how to put the painting up were not very clear.

Picture fine delivery poor

Happy with the picture. Not happy with the delivery. Little communication, we waited 4 weeks before hearing anything then told on the Friday it was coming on the Monday and it would arrive during the day anytime.... said no good so rearranged for the following Friday and it failed to turn up after waiting in all day. Not good.

I can't see what painting you ordered, perhaps it was ordered in someone else name. However normally if you have waited 4 weeks before you hear anything it has been an order for at painting that was on pre-order. If that is the case you can always see the expected delivery time in the product description for the painting.

All paintings that we have on stock is sent out within a couple of days after the order. You are more than welcome to contact me on our customerservice@artstore.house email and I will of course look closer in to this one.

I'm very happy to hear that you are satisfied with your painting, sad to hear that TNT had some challenges with the delivery. Not sure exactly what has happened but they are normally quite accurate with their deliveries.
