My order arrived not as pictured and advertised. I was unhappy with that and the customer service representative was willing to assist but it took long time for responses and I still ended up having to come out of pocket for an exchange that wouldn't have been necessary if my order came as pictured and advertised.

Beautiful hair and very attentive customer service

The wig is beautiful and it's great quality. It takes no work for me to wear. As long as you use foundation for it to match your skin more, it looks great. Definitely a 5/5 star review for sure!

I’ve had a great experience with Ashimary Hair’s customer service so far. Evelyn has been very helpful, patient and attentive in helping me with my custom colour and styling request. Communication has been excellent, and I really appreciate the care she has taken to make sure she understands exactly what I want.

Beautiful unit but not the one I ordered.

My wig is beautiful as expected and I don't have any complain whatsoever. I can't wait to rock it. The delivery service was great too.

This was my first time ordering from ashimary,I received 3 of my 4 wigs in less than 5 days.. Wigs were as advertised regarding quality, and the customer service was exceptional!

The first orcer was nothing short of amazing.
I love the hair the fast shipping.
However my 2nd order i am waiting for instructions on how to send them back .
.One of them is to short and the other one is to dark.

The hair is great. Soft and ready to use. No funny smell. Washes and press really nice, no tangling so far. Will definitely try different wigs. Shipping was a bit slow.. but the hair is awesome
