Refusing to refund my money

Refusing to refund my money despite the shoes being returned to their warehouse over 3 weeks ago. They refuse to address the issue despite trying to contact them multiple times. They have now refused to even respond to any emails. Their online chatbot is no help either. They are breaking the law by not refunding my money. DO NOT BUY

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. The cloth in the back tore up on both shows after only a month of use and they won’t give a refund. They said it’s a sizing issue but I sized up half a size exactly like they told me. I will be using other shoes from now on. This is for the Gel- Kayano 32.

Asics quality control is horrible.

Bought the Asics Nimbus and liked the fit. After a year decided to buy the exact same shoe but the second pair was significantly wider at the front and I could not even where them. The first pair was made in Indonesia and the second pair was made in Vietnam. The Vietnam manufacture failed to make this shoe like the original. I contacted Asics and they would not do anything for me. I now have to buy another pair and will never buy Asics again. Shame on you Asics for not standing behind your product.

Poor Experience

Ordered a pair of trainers off the Asics website on Sunday morning with express next day delivery as I wanted them before my holiday. They didn’t come until Wednesday afternoon, with no email or contact informing me that it was delayed. Shocking website does not even let you log in half the time.

This is the 4th shoe I have purchased…

This is the 4th shoe I have purchased from ASICS. The Gel-Pulse 17 shoe offers little support. I attempted to return them after wearing them twice but they refuse to take them back. I even had a supervisor call me. Under no circumstances will they take back their shoe if worn even just once. They do not stand behind their merchandise! Will never buy from them again.

ASICS emails are unreliable

I purchased a pair of ASICS shoes on 2/25/26 and selected in-store pickup as the shipping method. I checked the tracking information several times over the next several days, but it consistently said that the order had not been shipped yet. Then, 11 days later, I received an email saying that my return had been received, which confused me because I never initiated a return.
I contacted customer service and was told that my order had shipped on 3/4/26, but since I didn’t pick it up, it was returned. I explained that I never received an email saying my order was ready for pickup, and whenever I checked the tracking it still said the order had not shipped yet. The lady told me to check my spam email and said that on their end it showed the order had already shipped.
After ending the call, I checked the tracking again and it still said the order had not been shipped. I called customer service a second time and was told that because I’m an ASICS member, I needed to track my order through the website. I explained that I had already done that and it still showed that the order hadn’t shipped. Then I was told that FedEx should have sent me an email with tracking information, which I never received. So which one is it? Do I use their website to track my order or is FedEx supposed to send me an email with my tracking number? She also said that they sometimes send out emails when an order is ready. Sometimes? What do you mean "sometimes"? Shouldn't stores always send an email out to their customers when their order is ready?
What was I even supposed to do? How was I supposed to go pickup my order when it told me that it wasn't shipped yet? In my experience with shopping online, customers are notified when an order is ready and the tracking information accurately reflects the shipping status, so the fact that I even had this experience with ASICS is weird. ASICS, do better. If I could give this store a zero star, I would.

The asics website is toally unreliable…

The asics website is toally unreliable - I tried to register as a member and it failed to register my account - I browsed several pages that were http 404 errors - page not found. The website is v.poorly maintained. I even tried contacting asics - no w/e service - basically an uninterested service run by a failing company.

Outstanding service and delivery

I ordered my shoes on Thursday and they arrived the next day in the morning.
I couldn't believe it!
I had worn through the sole of my old shoes and desperately needed a new pair!
Thankyou Asics, delivered to my front door step as specified!

Worst customer service I've ever…

Worst customer service I've ever encountered from a shoe company. I have a severe allergy to Natural Rubber Latex and therefore have to call companies to make sure there is no NRL in a product before I buy it. ASICS "customer service" phone number led to a girl who barely spoke English and couldn't comprehend what I was asking, nor could I understand most of her replies. She eventually gave up and said someone would call me back.
A man who spoke English very well called back the next day, and in a rude tone announced, "That is not information we give to consumers." Wow. I've never had any other shoe company refuse to answer this simple, medically significant question before, but I'll certainly be passing *this* information along to others.

I bought shoes for my son in November…

I bought shoes for my son in November 2025
I returned them immediately it was wrong size
I returned it no problem then I checked for my cc to be credited back and noticed that they did not give it back yet in Jan o6
So I called them the guy says oh sorry sorry about that we will issue refund immediately, and now it’s end of February 2026 and still nothing
They are scammers do not trust them

Asics Kayano failed massively

Really disappointed with the newer Asica Kayano. The toe box in the upper shoe is so fragile. They have hardly done 20-30 Saturday parkruns (5 kms) and the tread is barely worn, however the upper has already failed with a massive hole in the fabric. Hopefully this is not by design by Asics! Running shoes should last much longer than a year and 100-150 kms!!

Zero star !!!!

If I could give zero star i would .I placed an order for a pair of trainers on the 4th feb. Something went wrong with website during payment. I then put my card through again. Had 2 payments pending for a few days. Contacted them was told they would only take the 1 payment. Took 1st payment then Few days later they took the other payment. Trainers were £155. Wasn't cheap.was told I couldn't get my money back as the trainers have been shipped. .Took me nearly 2 weeks to get 1 payment back.nearly 3 weeks now still no trainers. Do not buy .they try to fob you off with payment got stuck. Then its the courier. Then its the order got stuck. Every excuse. I thought this brand was reputable as they are in many high street stores. But how wrong was I. Scam company .wish I read the reviews before I placed the order..

Today received an email to say my parcel is lost..they would refund me the money..well let's see how long this will take or if I ever get my money back. !! SCAM COMPANY .

Seriously bad company

Seriously bad company. Ordered 2 sizes for fit and both were too small. Impossible to return these items without a printer. Contacted customer service and they just repeated that I needed a printer or I could return them to the shop over 30 miles away. Never ordering from them again

I’ve had one of the most frustrating…

I’ve had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences with ASICS.
I purchased the ASICS Gel-NYC Lace-Up Sneakers from Cettire (Order #55821685 on Aug 6, 2025). Within just six weeks of light use — mainly short casual walks and indoor wear — the shoes started to show significant wear and breaking apart by September 2025.
I reached out to ASICS Australia in November 2025 after following directions from their social media team. Instead of help, I was told that Cettire “is not affiliated with ASICS Oceania” and that they couldn’t verify the authenticity of my item. Cettire insisted the products were genuine and that I needed to work with ASICS directly — so both companies passed me back and forth with no resolution.
ASICS America even contacted me next, asking for detailed warranty documentation, photos, purchase proof, and defect descriptions, which I promptly provided. After doing everything asked, they then replied that they couldn’t assist because I was based in Australia and directed me back to the same team that had already refused the claim.
This entire experience highlights a complete breakdown in accountability between ASICS’ regional divisions and their lack of care for customers who purchase through legitimate online retailers. I expected better transparency, communication, and responsibility from a global footwear brand.
I genuinely liked the comfort and style of the Gel-NYC sneakers, but after this experience, I’ve lost confidence in ASICS and will not be purchasing from them again.

No delivery, money is gone, wait weeks for a refund

The specified delivery date: January 23, 2026
End of January 2026: Money was taken from my account. Customer service asked me February 3, 2026 for two more days patience. No delivery ever made! After several requests to repay my money, I received a message on February 10, 2026, stating that it could take several weeks for the money to be repaid. Still waiting for refund.

Not happy at all.

Not happy at all.
I wish i had read all the reviews before making a purchase. I received my order but the shoes seem abit off, not sure if it is the low quality or that they have been worn before. One of the shoes has a stain on it. Truly dissapointed and will definetly not purchase from them again.
