I was told my card would be charged $5…
I was told my card would be charged $5 for putting me through to chat with an attorney. I filled out the cc info and it declined 3 times. So I checked my account knowing I had way more than $5 and found out they charged me $65 three times! Chat bot is frustrating and unable to give me customer service number without sending me back to the cc info page for me to pay another "$5". Less that one star for sure! Steer cleer from this shady sight!

The experience and professionalism were great
The assistant was friendly and made it easy to answer her questions. I was called by an attorney almost immediately. The attorney was very informative and led me in the right direction, He understood my concerns and addressed each one of them and even told me to call if I needed anymore help.
