Great customers and smooth experience in call schedling

It has been a great experience so far and I simply like the process and how they follow up in a timely manner

You are pressed to complete the surveys, however it takes an extremely long time to process payment. The app is a good tool and I’m sure it will develop more given time. There need to be more projects. I get slammed to participate with competitors to answer their surveys.

These people have no intention of paying you for your services rendered. They claim a payment for my services went through on December 1st and I contacted PayPal via chat and phone and no transaction was ever made despite Atheneum insisting that the payment went through. They then “cancelled” the transaction and now want my bank information. A quick google search will show that these people are disingenuous at best and a scam at worst.

Bait and switch, ask me to respond to an email outlining some key sights to decide if I was knowledgeable to work with one of their clients. As soon as the email went out they said the client had put the project on hold. Renee He was the consultant. Do not give this company any info what so ever

The service provided is excellent for experts to share their expertise and knowledge with clients. There are a good number of relevant requests.
However, there is an area for improvement. For the second consecutive time, I have received a payment lower than the invoice and agreement. According to the company’s response, the deduction amount was due to a transfer fee charged by the bank, which is beyond their control. However, they have assured me that they will reissue the missing amount on Friday.

While I understand that the transfer fee is beyond their control, it is unreasonable to expect the experts to shoulder this burden. A swift fee of $19 is excessive, and it is disheartening to see it being passed on to experts. I kindly request to address this issue to ensure a fair and equitable payment process for all parties involved.
