We had an Atlantis Water-Softener fitted 7 years ago and the bypass manifold has just started leaking.
The manifold is no longer made, but the team at Atlantis sent us a set of 'O' rings free of charge to enable me to fix the leak.
It's fantastic, to experience first hand, old fashioned customer service.
Thank you so very much and can't recommend the company highly enough.

Atlantis have been as pleasant and easy to deal with as ever. This hasn't changed in the fifteen years I've been dealing with them. Service engineer Steven was prompt , efficient , polite, respectful of Covid requirements, and skilled. A good experience again from a company that cares about customer service. Thankyou.

Helpful and efficient service engineer who got on with the job. I consider my water softeners really beneficial investments and will always try to use Atlantis for maintaining them. Keeping showers clean and bright is so much easier and the showering experience is so much nicer.

Engineer replaced our water softener at appointed time and explained everything to our complete satisfaction. James was polite and considerate and very helpful.

Had a water softener that was constantly filling and overflowing into the kitchen.
I rang Atlantis and was given step by step guidance to how to bypass the softener so we still had water but no flooding, and an engineer came out that afternoon as an extra job at the end of his day. Fixed in no time plus a service. Very very satisfied!

The gentleman that came was very polite, wore his mask all the time, made a fuss of my dogs to settle them ,found a little problem with the water softener and put that right,

The engineer was knowledgeable and efficient. He carried out the service with care and with no disruption to the kitchen cupboard in which the water softener is located. Your engineer is a great representative of Atlantis Water Softeners.

Had previous softener for 10 years but water didnt seem to be getting as soft anymore. Was advised that it was likely to have come to the end of its life.
Fitting was quick and tidy and all seems to working okay.
Just a couple of points:
1. I had expected a text/call to say roughly what time the engineer would arrive - didnt happen
2. When I was told it was all working fine, I was a little suprised to see that there was no salt in the unit! I assumed that when it was left in working order, that would mean exactly that, not that I had to then fill it up myself.
3. Was rather concerned to see that the salt from the old unit had been tipped down the outside stormwater drain without sluicing it away. Not good for the environment

I have had water softeners from Atlantis for many years and have been delighted with them. Their product is excellent and the support service is second to none.
As they actually make the equipment they know everything about it and have always been ready to advise and service whenever needed.
A great product made by true professionals.

Thank you for you excellent service. The fitting and supply of our water softener. It was lovely to come home and not need to clear up as you wouldn't have know you had been. Also for adapting the shelf in the cupboard. I was surprised as we haven't lots much storage at all. Will certainly recommend you to others.

Very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of Steve who serviced our softener yesterday and gave some helpful guidance and advice. He also helped with carrying a heavy bag of salt and refilling the softener for which we were most grateful.

Steve was very efficient, called en route to confirm his time of arrival and was very polite and courteous at all times. He installed our new water softener and removed the old one in an hour! Atlantic Water Softeners are a delight to deal with, and we have been very pleased with their service for many years.

I was very pleased with the service,I was particularly pleased that the engineer was able to come out the same day and the repair did not take long as I had to switch the water off until the fault was repaired. The engineer was polite and friendly and gave me a full explanation of what went wrong.

We decided our house needed a water softener. After researching the subject we decided to call Atlantis as it looked a good machine and they are a local manufacturer. Within a week Steve came out for a survey, he ensured the covid protocol was adhered too but importantly he answered every question I asked him especially about the heating refill loop as softened water would adversely effect the heat exchanger.
The following day a comprehensive quote arrived with a competitive price which we accepted.
Two weeks later Steve arrived again to fit the softener the huge advantage of him surveying became evident as he knew exactly what was needed to install.
Having a competent tradesmen in the house was a pleasure. Dust sheets on the floor no tools on the worktop. Copper pipe used rather than plastic good quality isolation valves. An easy to understand explanation of how everything works including how to fill my heating system with untreated water.

Fitted a new water softener, delivered and installed on time, very professional and explained use. Would highly recommend Atlantis and will continue to use them for servicing.

Very professional and did what we wanted. Fault diagnosed our existing Atlantis water softener, gave us a price for repairs and replacement appliance. In the end we decided to go with a new appliance having had the previous one for 11 years. Highly recommended.
