What a horrific buying experience in…

What a horrific buying experience in Audi Hamburg Nord! I actually had salesmen snapping at me multiple times and when I asked for explanation salesmen Bastian Pieper actually yelled at me. Here what happened: I asked to buy a car and to export it so I needed export plates and documents. Instantly Bastian was not happy, he mentioned that it takes extensive documentation and will take about 3 weeks to process it and get export plates. I checked online and confirmed that you only need 1 or 2 days for ZOLL export plates and I would do it, he gave me a big lecture that he knows the best and left his office. I checked after 10 min and he was talking to his co-worker and snapped at me: "You need to wait, I'm not done here". It was obvious that he was looking for a reason not to do this "complex" sale. After about 15 min he came back and told me that he will not sale it to me since my address is in Serbia and there are issues with Russia, Ukraine, Kosovo etc? I called export office to verify that cars from Germany could be exported to Serbia and conveyed my finding, as well as stating that politics, nationality or religion in that matter should not be something involved in car sale since German government has no restriction on export of cars to Serbia...
Whoa, in that moment he exploded: "I do not have to sell to you if I do not wan't to! You should not mentioned "religion" (I did not know that "religion" is a forbidden word!!!).
When I left he followed me and interrupted anytime I tried to talk to someone. His supervisor Robert Schultz, confirmed non-selling policy to any non EU country after talking to Bastian (but could not show anything written - it was an "secret - internal - memo" - exactly like that.) . Obviously supporting his salesman (good for you Robert). I wanted to confirm this Hamburg Audy policy (apparently not every Audy outfit, just this one) so I called manager Jennifer Wagner. She did not know, so she called Sales Manager Robert to get informed. So let's recap:
- Bastian did not wan't to do all this paperwork. He tried some timeline bull that did not work. He invented secret internal policy to support his political views.
- His boss had to support Bastian (it is just easier), because Bastian is most WOKE in the place (very dangerous to say anything against). Bastian can throw tantrums.
- Jennifer just does not know.
Good job Audi Hamburg Nord!!!

New Q4 45 etron bought Amag Horgan March 2023 via Amag leasing cost CHF 85K
Was not given proper intro to car’s features salesman too busy at handover. Car was not configured properly to link with app which you need to use in car features eg phone/music/journey charging. They took one week to go this I had a courtesy car for 2 days. Had to watch YouTube videos to learn how to programme for my requirements. I don’t understand German and AudiApp only in De/It/Fr. Customer service poor. Car is ok doesn’t feel as comfortable as our old Q5 but has lots of tech if you want it. Don’t think I will replace with another Audi in 3 years.

New Q3

Just taken delivery of my second Q3 Vorsprung 45TFSI having waited just a year from ordering - an identical replacement for my previous car of 3 yrs which suited my requirements perfectly. However, why oh why do Audi load the cars with gizmos that are never used - automatic parking, lane departure warning and pre-sense to name just three - but don't offer things you really need - memory seats and heated steering wheel, heated windscreen? Hope someone at Audi is listening!

Dishonest again Audi, I would give a zero if I could

To be honest a score of 2 stars does not surprise me.

If I could give a zero, I would.

Audi are cheating again! Cheating us on range, I’ve heard every excuse they have. Audi now think they can cheat physics and just make up numbers.

They won’t even give me my battery data.

The only thing this company does well is arrogance and lies.

My Audi Etron is awful I would not recommend anyone buy one.

Buy a Tesla they know how to build a EV.

Bad Experience with Audi Customer Service

I bought a used Audi Allroad in 2020. In January 2022, there was coolant leak. My wife brought it to a local service shop that diagnosed the problem as a water pump issue. I called Audi Tysons Corner and asked if that is covered under the warranty. I was told that the water pump is not covered under a warranty and gave me an estimate that is much more than the local service shop. So I decided to get it replaced by the local shop to avoid paying the local service shop a diagnosis fee and a higher cost of replacing the water pump by the dealership. I recently found out that the water pump is part of a class action settlement and if it was replaced at a dealer, it would have been covered because the extended warranty for the water pump is 10 years or 100K miles which my car would be eligible since it has less than 60K miles and less than 8 years. I called the Audi customer experience center and submitted all the requested documents such as the itemized receipt from the local service shop. The Audi Experience Center refuse to reimburse me for the expense which is around $1200 since it was not replaced by the dealership. I will not purchase another Audi for myself or my family.

My wife bought me aa A5 Cabriolet 4.0 sline 2020 nice car at 1st till problems started problem 1 gear box blew a seal I could smell a oily smell while on holiday took it to audi swindon customer service said it was dpf cleaning itself when they had a look they Informed me the gear box seal failed 2nd fault I had a puncture went to use the inflation kit part of it was missing an audi driver pulled over to help part of it was missing so he used his part that was missing inflation kit was a waste of time the liquid just blew out the little hole and went all over the hard shoulder it's not fit for purpose I thought that's OK iv audi assist pressed the button a women answered me I could hear her but she could not hear me i had to ring my wife to get audi assist number spoke to a lady on my phoner she asked if my car was a 4 wheel drive I replied yes its a quattro I needed a flat bed to get me home she sent an AA van 3hrs later I see a van I then get a call from audi assist saying the lady sent the wrong vehicle to rescue me I needed a flat bed stuck for 5 half hours at the side of the m4 at rush hour told to stand away from the car I'm disabled couldn't do that then a flat bed turned up he nearly ripped my front bumper off putting car on I had to shout at him to stop he never put the chock things down to raise the front thank god I was watching 3rd problem when we collected car from lookers audi Farnborough when we bought it they must of just ticked the boxes and not done the safety checks the oil gauge was showing under half full and they didn't do the bump stops on one side swindon audi fixed this problem when I spoke to manager at lookers Farnborough he replied we don't do many Cabriolets in the winter poor excuse but they do do them in summer so the checks would be the same still waiting for audi assist to be repaired since the summer time 2021 there quick enough to take your money but after that the customer service goes out the window and the spec on line for car had everything even cd player and boss sound system it hasn't a cd player and not boss sound system will never buy an audi again still waiting for the update someone from audi phoned last month said he would ring back sti waiting till this day and nothing

Had my A5 coupe for about 6 months now brilliant car amazing to drive the build quality is fantastic. From buying the car from the dealership & the after serving has be great could not fault them at all . Definitely deserves 5stars ....

Warning for all Audi A5 Cabriolet Buyers! DO NOT BUY AN AUDI

The soft roof of my Audi A5 Cabriolet (convertible), is 'coming apart' at just 100,000 KMs. As a result, we cannot drive this car as extremely unsafe to do.

This has been garaged for 99% of its life, is sparingly used, has never been in any accident or driven in or exposed to any extreme weather event, has been serviced by Audi authorised service centres and the soft roof only opened/closed on an average 3-4 times per year, through its life.

Audi in our local country and Audi AG will NOT help! They do not accept this is a manufacturing defect or the roof is of poor quality! Either way, my repeated request to replace the roof at their cost is unanswered and I am left to pay for this!

You do not expect this from a premium brand like Audi. Buy anything but an Audi!

Audi contempt

Visited Audi Glasgow on the afternoon of 25/8/21. Receptionist greeted me politely and advised new cars were at the front and used cars were at the back of the showroom. So far so good. She then said if I needed any further help let me know. Wandered round and found the A3 Sportback I was interested in. I asked her if she could open it and she went to find the keys. As she came back I heard the clicking of doors opening and she waved vaguely that someone up there in an office had opened it remotely. So I am treated with contempt as nobody could be bothered to come down and introduce themselves, open the car and offer to demonstrate some of its features or ask my requirements. When I sat in the car, and the receptionist who had been hanging about, said because of covid I couldn't sit in the car. OK understand that up to a point but how are you supposed to make any initial judgement of a car if you cannot sit in it and see how comfortable it might be. Anyway spent some time poking my head in the front and back of the car, checked the boot space and waited to see if anybody knew that customer service was more than opening a door remotely and anonymously. Nobody came anywhere near me so left. Still interested in the A3 but it will not be from this dealership.

I have paid £99 to reserve an Audi A6 car from Audi dealer in Norwich.Next morning I have phoned Audi Norwich to let them know that I am in my way from Liverpool Street Station in London to get a vehicle but unfortunately I have been been told that reserved car was sold without even letting me know.It is a waste of time to deal with this people.Also they we're unfriendly while talking on the phone.

I got my navigation system activated…

I got my navigation system activated today and a service in the Sandyford garage. I would give the service 10 out of 10 ... I’m very happy and will be back ! Clare Stewart was very professional and answered any questions I had ! I would highly recommend this garage!

If I could give less stars I would car less than 2 years old second time taken away I am now told tomorrow PM I will get my replacement car this is Audi assist that will be 4 days without a car you can't get anywhere with complaints except sorry . Sorry does not cut it I will never buy another Audi go to land rover their after sales and looking after the customer is great we live 1 hour ten minutes from Highland Audi and will wait 4 days for a replacement I was told before they even came to pick up the car it would be going back to the garage as it was under warranty so a car could of been dispatched to me right away shocking service buyer beware don't buy an Audi I even emailed their C.E.O in England fat lot of good that will do

Disgusted with Audi

So Peterborough Audi sold me an approved used 3 year old vehicle in 2018 as accident free and with a full Audi service history. I had a few niggles with it but overall it seemed OK. Now - with 52000 miles on the clock - the wheel bearings have gone. Took it into a local Audi specialist for the sake of speed - not Audi themselves - who asked if I had used them before. I said not BUT they knew the car and said they had done it’s first three services and had done a repair on it. They were able to name the original owner - to my horror as I then knew they were telling the truth. Audi have fraudulently sold me a vehicle that has never been serviced by them.

Totally disgusted - this visit is going to cost £900 and if they can fake the service history is the mileage fake too?

I have contacted Audi UK and Audi Germany about the mis sale of my vehicle from Audi Lincoln. I have supplied them with a mountain of evidence to which both Audi UK and Audi Germany have refused to step in.
