Aussie Man and Van Ltd. Reviews 

*Updated review following a recent incident*
We used Aussie Man and Van twice recently. The first move seemed to go well and we rebooked them based on that experience.

However, we later discovered that two valuable items were left behind in their van during the first move - only found after we contacted them weeks later. There was no proactive communication. If we hadn’t contacted them, we would have never been able to find the items.

The second move was also disappointing. One of the movers had a l negative attitude throughout, which made the experience uncomfortable. A fan was also damaged during the move which we didn’t initially pursue, out of goodwill.

Despite acknowledging the mistake, the company refused to offer any compensation or goodwill gesture. When I raised this formally, they told me to escalate it to the ombudsman.

Very poor accountability and customer care. Would not use again.

Excellent service. Use Aussie Van for my recent home move. The removal guys were brilliant and nothing was a problem. Very polite and courteous. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Aussie Man when we moved to our new house in June. They were more than efficient and very careful with everything. They were also happy to adapt along the way when we realised our sofas wouldn't fit. On top of that, they were genuinely nice people and the fact that they were half the cost of their competitors was obviously the icing on the cake!

Alex and his Dad were brilliant. Quick, efficient, careful and polite. They made our move seamless.

I've been using Aussie Man and Van fairly regularly since 2018, and they have consistently been friendly, approachable, affordable, and always on time! Really recommend. Fast, diligent and efficient, I really feel that I can trust them with my belongings.

Loaded and unloaded our belongings quickly but taking consideration while doing so.

From the initial phone call with Abbie to saying good by to the three delivery drivers, Tomas, Tomas and Tobor this was a completely painless experience. They made everything super easy. The guys on the day kept the mood light, taking the stress out completely. Abbie was always on hand whenever I had need of a few extras and overall a spectacularly successful moving day for a family of 5. Thank you guys so much!! Was worth every penny (which was actually not that much!)

I recently moved within London and used Aussie Man and Van Ltd. I cannot fault them - the crew Adam Hines and Corey James were on-time, polite, careful and efficient. Moving is a very stressful experience and having this firm assist with the move really lightened the load - thank you.

Aussie Man and Van were very professional and punctual. Packed up and moved all of our belongings in a very professional manner.

They're great! Booked last minute and the process was smooth and quick. From booking with Niamh to the moving guys (I think it was David and didn't catch the other gentleman's name). They arrived early and were very nice. We ran into some trouble getting access to the moving lift but they were very understanding. Careful and attentive with our furniture. Finished the job smoothly.

I've done many moves and thanks to the team at Aussie Man and Man this was by far the smoothest and least stressful.

The excellent service began with the suggestions and support offered by Chloe during the planning and booking phrase and continued with the removal day guys Akos, Toth and Simon M.

Everything went without even the smallest hitch and everyone was lovely too. What a great experience.

Brilliant experience. Thanks to a very strong 3 man team! They navigated 2 flats, a storage unit and a three bedroom house, handling our items with care, making sure to ask where we wanted everything and even carrying the heaviest items to the top floor. Brilliant service, friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you for making our move so smooth.

We booked Aussie Man and Van last minute and were they good? They were absolutely amazing, so efficient and friendly too (wish I could include their names, but sadly we didn’t get them). We would 100% recommend moving with them! Compared to others we used before, Aussie Man and Van were superior. Do yourself a favour and book them!

The removal team took good care of the furniture during the move and managed to do so without any damage. I was worried about the lifts getting jammed but they made sure to not obstruct the doors. Clear comms from the reservations team (Chloe) before & after the move. I would use them again if needed in the future.

I had a great experience with Viktor and Aurel. The move was very thanks to them. No problem to notice.
They took a 5min break which they deducted from the move time. Honest movers

I’ve engaged them for two moves now and their service is superb. Really capable, patient and friendly staff. Shout out to Keno and Ciaran (sorry if I misspelled your names) but you guys are fantastic!! I will use this service again. Definitely recommend!
