My review of AUTOCON
My review of AUTOCON. They charge £10 delivery for a £20 part the size of a phone. They then use their website to misguide you that the part your ordering is correct when it’s not. Then refuse to refund the ridiculous delivery fee when I want to return the incorrect part. I then wait on a live chat for over 30 mins for them to offer me a 3% off coupon. What a joke.

What can I say, I’ve never dealt with a worst company ever , avoid at all costs, I ordered a brake servo pipe for my T5 used the reg number, waited a week for the part to arrive only to find out it the wrong one , so tried to ring them, you can’t you can only contact via a tex chat which is terrible, you talk to a robot then wait an hour until you finally get a real person, I explained to the server the situation she said we don’t guarantee the parts are correct from the reg number you need your vin, so gave her the vin she went off to the technician and said this is the part I need so I ordered that and guess what it was wrong so wasted another hour on the chat the guy said I could send them back and sent a 2 return forms and a return label on going to the post office to send them back the label was wrong so another 2hours on the chat to be told they don’t do free returns and the parcel would be £32 to return lol, having then contacted them again they said send pictures of the original part and the wrong parts to show a comparison to which I did having to unpack them again, only to get a reply that they need pictures from different angles with there part numbers on and the original part number to which there isn’t one on the pipe, so if you like being messed around and sent the wrong parts that you have to send back at your own cost shop with them or take my advice and buy of eBay lol gets to you quickly and free to send back, Auto Doc your the biggest let down from a company I’ve ever had,
