Great cover, reasonable price
The initial questions I had to answer to set up my cover were eay to understand and respond to. The levels of cover available set out the advantages of each level and what each criteria added to the cost. The prices for car insurance were very reasonable and I saved £100 on my quote from my previous insurer.

Not a great company to deal with
Not a great company to deal with. I had to make 4 phone calls as I kept getting emails from the credit company for the direct debits saying they had been cancelled!!! Still not convinced it is sorted so will call again tomorrow !!

Cannot Access my Documents
I have a welcome email with a link to access my documents but when I click on that it takes me to your website with no way of accessing my documents. Really frustrating as I am going to have to phone you tomorrow to try and get my docs. Extremely poor.

Reinsured my classic car
Reinsured my classic car. Process was easy and price very competitive with my protected NCD being preserved.
Unable to comment on any claims process and hopefully will never need to.
