Shocking!
Shocking!! Had to use them as insurance claim. Booking 2 weeks ahead, couldn’t get hold of them just kept cutting me off. Then despite them phoning and confirming all details etc I get there and wrong screen ordered!!! Manager at Crayford was rude, walking around munching a bag a crisps and not one apology! Apparently ordering wrong screen is common!! If it’s not insurance I would avoid! The chap who eventually did it was nice but they need a Manager who has customers as his focus and not his lunch!
