Windscreen wasn't there!!
Booked 3 weeks in advance and was given an 8am time slot.
My new windscreen wasn't delivered until 10am and subsequently fitted at 10.30.
I left home at 7am and didn't get back to work until after midday, not very happy.
On a plus side, the windscreen fitter was very good at his job once the windscreen had finally arrived.

Glass fine but left Rain Sensor hanging.
Install of the window was all good, driver arrived on time and fit the window no problem, 3 stars because the installer removed my dash camera that secured with 3M pad and the rain sensor but didn't reinstall, so I had a dangling dash cam and a non working automatic wipers. I fixed this myself by buying new sensor sticky pad to secure back onto the window. While I may understand the dash cam not being your job to reinstall, the standard BMW rain sensor should of been re-installed?

Friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Efficient, well organised and ready at scheduled time. There’s a waiting room but the guys told me about a nearby shopping area and cafe so I managed a little retail therapy. Would highly recommend - great experience
