A strange thing to do- rate a delivery driver who just does his job. Just a really pleasant guy with a good attitude and a bit of craic , what more can you ask for??

Today we were visited by Joel due to our gas pipe being broken following building work being carried around our house. Joel was extremely professional and friendly. We couldn't fault him for the service he gave. Although we've had issues with gas delivery at times, the aftercare from AvantiGas with people like Joel really go a long way to retaining us as a customer!

Emergency Call Out as no gas supply, reported the fault and within 1/2 hour Tom Chapman the Engineer arrived very pleasant young man quickly diagnosed the Problem and very efficiently sorted it out I would highly recommend him to anyone the company should be proud to have a such a reliable representative

Very easy to get through to the right department without being on hold for ages. Staff were very helpful and friendly and easily understand. Never had a problem when needing to order gas or having to wait long for delivery.

As a business we have been with Avanti for years now. The staff are always polite and helpful - which sadly is a rare thing when dealing with utility companies.
The drivers and office staff take pride in their job and deliver a professional service.

Have been a customer for over 30 years and we always have had good service from your telephone, delivery and site teams.

I called enquiries for help with accessing our account on line as we had lost the details. Paula was extremely helpful, kind and friendly and sorted everything out for me and has even gone the extra mile to e-mail me to ensure everything has gone well. Our new contract is now in place, so thank you to Les in contracts who talked me through the process on the phone so that I did not have to fill out lots of forms on line, a process not always easy for we older people.
