easy and quick. only downside, they no longer make the exact carry on I had but appreciate the replacement.

Have been using my Away carry-on for a while and love it. Over the years, it’s had some stitching come undone.

I’ve been putting off putting in a warranty request because when I would remember to do so I would need the bag and I wasn’t sure how long it would take.

Wish I did it sooner! They ended up shipping a brand new one, with the whole process from contacting customer service to delivery only taking a few days.

After 8 years of traveling the world with me, the zipper pull on my large checked bag finally broke. In the grand scheme of things—countless flights and three continents later—you’d expect way more damage, but I digress. Away replaced my bag very quickly, and it arrived on the day I had to pack for a long trip the next day. Very satisfactory customer service!

The warranty on my medium flex suitcase process was the easiest thing ever! I was devastated since I had only used it twice, and noticed one of the zippered tabs was sheared off🤦🏽‍♀️ I got on a chat with one of your agents and within four days I had a brand new suitcase!!!! I thought I would have to return this one and wait for it to be repaired but that was not the case. Thank goodness because I’m traveling again next week. Away is the Way to go!!!
