Exemplary warranty experiences
Away has - without question - the most frictionless and efficient customer service of any global company we’ve experienced.
After ten years of heavy use, one of our Away suitcases needed replacement parts - handles, telescoping handle, and wheels - and each time the company has executed the warranty requests with the greatest of ease.
It’s almost unbelievable a company still exists that offers such an experience.
We are shopping for additional suitcases soon for other family members and are already clear on which brand we will choose.

Delivered on Warranty
Away replaced my 2018 bigger carry on once the inner compression pocket broke, and actually followed through on their original warranty. Customer service got back to me on the same day, and sent me a replacement within 3 days. Really really appreciate the fantastic CX.
