Axa makes changes easy …
Axa made it very easy on line to remove my private plate prior to purchasing my new car. Then when collecting the new vehicle I was able to quickly swap the policy to my new car and then when the V5 arrived in my name I again went on line and in a few minutes re assigned my private plate. All amendments free of charge apart from an increase in premiums due to my new car being higher value, Axa gets 5* from me 👍

I went with AXA as they gave me the…
I went with AXA as they gave me the best offer on car insurance, I have been out of the country for 2 years plus and couldn’t find my no claims discount. I messaged them 2/3 times to ask for help with this and they NEVER answered and the proceeded to charge me extra on insurance.

Overpriced insurance
We booked at what we thought was a good price but than found that our address was wrong. We then updated same & found that the cost was now £757 11which I thought was extorshionate so cancelled same & went whith Alliance who were much cheaper & I have a new years worth of insurance.

Grumpy and not impressed
Told me what to do to change details but sent me round in circles and back to the same spot. Didn’t say I needed to call it in to change details.
Doubled my insurance for the privilege too!
