Définition of s*it

Hi, so I ordered an google nest hub 2nd gen 5 days ago (Monday) . They said on their site that it will come on 2-3 business days but it is still not arrived. When I look on the tracker it says that they ordered it from the manufacturer and that they are waiting on it. So they advertise things that they do not even have.

Great customer service

In 2016 - toen het nog Arctic Secrets was - een custom PC laten bouwen. Daar heb ik toen hulp bij gekregen van de klantenservice voor onderdelen.
In 2022 de PC langsgebracht om wat onderdelen te vernieuwen en een extra SSD te plaatsen, ook toen van te voren goed en professioneel geholpen bij het uitzoeken.
Vervolgens in 2023 weer advies gevraagd over het vernieuwen van de videokaart en ook daar ben ik, ondanks dat ik de aankoop bij een andere partij heb gedaan, goed bij geholpen. Deze heb ik toen zelf aangesloten en zag toen dat het kabelmanagement van Azerty ook tiptop in orde is.
De PC loopt nog steeds als een zonnetje.

In 2016, when it was still called Arctic Secrets, I had a custom PC built. At that time, I received assistance from customer service to select the components.
In 2022, I brought the PC back to have some parts upgraded and an additional SSD installed. Once again, I was given excellent and professional advice beforehand when selecting the components.
Later, in 2023, I sought advice about upgrading the graphics card, and even though I purchased it from another supplier, I was still well-assisted. I installed it myself and noticed that Azerty's cable management was also top-notch.
The PC is still running like a charm!

It's holiday time

It's holiday time, had an idea to upgrade PC, new (psu,gpu,rams mobo fans etc... all the parts were in stock, delivery promised on next day, got tracking number, and a delivery between 8:30 to 21:30, yet they send merchandise through postnl, so as a result, I payed money, wasted all day waiting - nobody came, now it's Sunday and no delivery date anymore. Thinking about refund.
Monday - still no delivery time.
Tuesday - allready 2 delivery dates blown, still no merchandise.

Why they say 2-3 business days if they…

Why they say 2-3 business days if they dont have the product on the store? I make an order 15th december and today is 20th, and I didn't receive any new from them or from PostNL. Today I contacted them and they said exactly what they said to a guy that complains here not so long ago, or it comes today or tomorrow and will be ready to be packed. And I said, I want a product to be sent now, just tell me what products you have on store and i can replace for other products... Till now, i didnt receive any email or anything to fix this.
(By the way, i'm trying to mount a pc and i want a cpu that was out of stock everywhere and I could find the CPU easier than this store to send what they have in "stock")
Don't buy on AZERTY. Buy instead on megekko, bol, coolblue, alternate, anything but this. HONESTY should always be the way to speak with a client.

This shop doesn't have a free return

First just take a look how many bad reviews they have.

This shop doesn't have a free return option. So you cannot change your mind. The only possible reason is if the item broken.

it's 2024 and you don't have free return? Better buy in bol, amazon, mediamarkt or any other online shops

For me I would prefer other shops with free shipping return. Because, most of the times, you finally see the item in real life after you receive it.

Not scared off by bad reviews

I was scared to order here since I tend to be very unlucky with buying products. Sadly, the OP1 8k I ordered had a hardware or firmware issue, causing the clicks to not always register. This didn't happen a lot, but enough to warrant a return.

Do note you have to get your own (insured) shipping label. They say you can get up to 16eur reimbursed for return shipping costs. If I don't update this post, they reimbursed me.

Dont buy if its something from them

I bought a 816 euros screen in their shop on amazon, i used my legal retractation of 30 days. Sent it back the 3 August. Package was a bit lost but they had it last saturday by magic.

They send me an email showing the screen was bended and exploded on a corner. The issue is i just put it inside with all papers and polystyren as i received it, the exact same way. And obviously i didnt send the screen exploded like this.

They dont show it on pics sadly, but the screen was sandwiched in the two enormous polystyren plates, and the screen itself protected with a layer of soft paper who was originally like this.) Nothing was moving inside. But sadly he dont showed it.

Now the good part is they propose me to destruct the product, and they dont want to refund my 816 euros. So basically i lost 816 euros, and a screen.

And they told as the screen language was french thats my fault if its broken. (Where the logic ?am french btw)

So if you buy with them, you must know if you return a product and something happen to it, you basically lost all the money, and the product, at your own risk so, and by defaut you will be Guilty for them.

Now my hopes are on amazon warranty to help me.

Truly outstanding support, exemplary customer experience

I recently encountered a series of frustrating issues with an Intel Core i9 13900K CPU I purchased nearly a year ago. After months of troubleshooting, I finally reached out to the customer service team to request an RMA.

From the very beginning, I was impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of the team. Dennis de Vries, in particular, went above and beyond to address my concerns and ensure I was fully satisfied. The team tested the CPU promptly, confirmed the issue, and arranged for a replacement.

Endless waiting for payment after return with contradicting messages

It was my first time buying something from Azerty, and I won't do it ever again.

I had bought a graphics card, but made up my mind about it and sent it back in the legal delays, and then it starts...
As every normal human being, I didn't keep the original product's box (now I will to avoid such bad experiences), and when the product (which is 99% of the value of what they sold) got returned in a secured box, they come out of the blue to tell me they need the box too! But funnily enough, before stepping into this madmaking adventure, I sent them a message to ask if I can return the product without the original package. Their response? Yes! Yes it can!

After having received a response of every employee, I don't think I will see my money back (we're talking about a couple hundreds of euros).

If you want to buy a computer or computer part, and you see Azerty, please, keep scrolling. I absolutely discourage anyone to buy from them.

Once and never again.

Unfortunately, if you want a credit, you must return the product in its entirety. So you have to send the product, the box and all accessories with it. This is also stated in our return conditions.

The box also has a serial number that matches the product, so we cannot simply use another box for this purpose.

Probably the WORST company I have ever…

Probably the WORST company I have ever dealt in my 35 year old business experience. Please do not order here, they will make you waste time and at the end you will go empty handed. theyx wanted to charge my our side of the EU company Dutch VAT with DHL as a forwarder. UNACCEPTABLE!

Do not shop here, especially for new graphics cards

Turn away and shop at Megekko. This company will sell you products that neither they nor their vendor actually have in stock, and proceed to lie about the expected delivery date on their website. They engage in deceptive business practices that could cost you hundreds of euros, especially if you are shopping for recently released hardware (e.g. video cards).

My recent experience:

I placed an order for an RTX 4080 Super video card on February 7th. I chose one particular model given the comparably low price. Although the website listed the anticipated delivery date as 2-3 days, I figured this was acceptable, despite other models being available with overnight delivery. When the card did not come in within five days, I contacted customer service. They proceeded to inform me that a vendor shipment was anticipated on Wednesday, and that I would receive my order by Thursday at the latest (one week after placing the order, despite the original 2-3 day guarantee). When the order did not come, I contacted customer service again, only to be informed that they had no information about the shipment status. In fact, they told me that there was no guarantee that this particular model could be delivered at all - at any point in the future. Indeed, it has since been completely removed from their website: there is no trace of the PNY GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER OC LED TF VERTO ever existing.

Given the popularity of this new model, all other options at any reasonable price point have been sold out within the week. This applies to most vendors, including Megekko and Alternate, so there is no other place that I can shop. As such, I am now stuck in limbo with this awful company, having lost hundreds of euros and weeks of productivity (this was meant to be a work machine).

In short, look away and shop elsewhere.

Terrible customer support, selling defective goods as "second chance"

I ordered a barebone PC. It arrived quickly, but when I tried to set it up, I found that one of the 2 RAM ports had a defect, and the PC would not start if I used the second RAM slot. I've contacted support asking for a replacement and returned the original product. It took them over a week to perform a visual check to confirm that the product was OK. They offered a refund/return for the product/or sent the check to the manufacturer. I've asked for an exchange and was told I must re-order. The price has already gone up, and I paid for the delivery. So I picked the refund as the original product was broken, and it had already taken them two weeks to come up with this, and I really needed the working device.

I had to call them, send three emails, and open an extra case with the support as they had not sent me money back for almost two weeks and had not confirmed that I would receive money; they were ghosting me.

Since I paid for return delivery, I requested a refund for that - it was denied since, according to them, I rejected a product that was ok. I asked what kind of test, except for the visual check they made multiple times - they ignored my questions.

The next day, after I told them that I wanted a refund, I noticed that they put this product as a "second chance" even for a higher price than I paid initially, attempting to sell a potentially defective product to someone else.

That used to be a good store, but lately, having only had a negative experience.

Due to the rush, they could not process your return earlier.
According to our service department, this product had no faults.

We have tested the Brix with several stress test over 16 hours without any crashes or problems. We tested it with one DRAM stick in both slots as well with 2 DRAM sticks at the same time this did not induce any crashes or other problems. Also we have used multiple SSDs to rule out any problems there.

Because we tested the product extensively and did not experience any defects, this product was returned to stock. It will be sold as an A-choice product, as it can no longer be sold as new.

Regret buying from them, terrible customer service

I bought a gaming headset (Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023 Edition)) via bol.com (Azerty is the reseller) and the headset broke down 3 months after purchase and light use. I requested a replacement or refund, and they took 3 weeks to send me a return label. During this time, on the phone they said that the manufacturer of the headset often does not repair, so I would get a replacement. Then, I returned the headset and received an email indicating that they flagged it as user damage and was not eligible for either replacement or refund. They only offered to destruct the product or send it back to me. I regret buying from Azerty, because from other companies selling similar gaming accessories I would be fully covered for product defects. It is outrageous that they flagged the product as user damage, a product that was used as intended, lightly/infrequently and after only 3 months. To this day, Azerty still has my headset after saying they will send it to the supplier (Razer) for inspection. Since November 2023 this process started and I'm still without a solution. Over 200 euro to the garbage for a headset that lasted 3 months, and they say it was my fault. Unbelievable company.
Edit: I left this review and sent an email asking for updates the 15 January 24. And they replied both by email and in here a couple days after informing of the refund. Thanks for it, but it’s still a bummer this was such a long experience since November 2023.

Azerty.nl service desk unresponsive !!!

Ordered some parts on Wednesday 6 Dec (Order WA000846462). This included an RX7900XTX, of more than 1000 euros. This with 24h shipping, yet I haven't received anything one week later.

The package they shipped was only 900 grams, whilst an RX7900XTX weighs 1.6 kg on it's own. On top of that, PostNL lost my package. Sure, mistakes happen, there's nothing wrong with that.

My frustration being, the absolute impossibility to get a response from Azerty service itself. I send them 3 mails, which remains unanswered after several days. I called them, which only results in excuses.

This is the second problem I've had with Azerty.nl, previous issue took me more than 120 days to resolve. I won't have as much patience this time! They lose me as a decade long customer, if they don't contact me back by the end of this week! We will contact our business insurance for legal council, if the problem isn't resolved by 22 dec 2023!

PS at Azerty:
This order was placed using my buisiness account. My consumer account (client nummer K0484871), has bought for more than 6000 euros equipment in 2022 alone. I want a reply on my mails with solution by the end of this week, or you lose me as a decade long customer!!!
