Worst service I've ever seen. I purchased a GPU in Jan 2021 with an expected delivery of more than 10 days (I was aware of the GPU shortage). I waited patiently. After months I started calling, I was told to keep being patient or to pay 1000EUR more to get a GPU with lower specs than the one I ordered. Now, after 11 months, I got an email cancelling my order. They kept my money for 11 months and I got nothing! I will never use this website again!

Sold me a faulty product, and they blame me for it, no refund. They don't answer any email or inquire, the phone line is always crowded. Never buy anything here.

Excellent customer service, Azerty freely replace my defective psu after several months of use, it took me long to incriminate the psu but within 2 weeks i had a brand new one

My wife was in search of a new computer to handle her photo editing. She told the sales person what she needed and they asked for a budget. Without advising her on what she would need, they sold her an inadequate system which did not work. When she tried to exchange it for a system that WOULD work, she was given nothing but excuses and basically told her, sorry not our problem. They offered to buy the computer back at a fraction of it's original price plus would be charged a 35% restocking fee, even though we were willing to purchase the higher priced system. We have done business with Azerty in the past and they have always prided themselves with good and fair customer service. Seems like those are things of the past and I will be buying from another computer company in the future.

Last week I ordered from Azerty.nl a case (Kolink Observatory White) for my computer. The case wasn't in stock so I had to wait 3 days till it was sent from their supplier. All in all I am very satisfied with my order and the customer service, who were very fast with their replies and assistance. I would highly recommend for your orders and I will definitely buy from them again in the future.

I made my first order from Azerty this week and the experience was great.
