Wasted 400$ on a product that was nowhere near to fitting my car. Now they won't return my calls or answer my emails. I'm 400$ short now and they just won't reach back. I think they might of blocked my phone number!

Read the other reviews. They are All applicable. I ordered a fairing in April. I did not get it until October. They never answered their phone. They took so long with it, it me in a very difficult position and they were so difficult to contact and completely uncooperative, email being the only thing that they would respond to. None of their answers were detailed. They were all ambiguous and none of them are relevant to a timeline that continue to grow longer and money that had already been spent. I have no idea the quality of their product because it arrived at an address I no longer live hat because they took so long to send it and refused to change the shipping address when they were responsible for pushing the project over into this over extended range. Zero accountability for themselves or their business.
There are safer and more reliable ways to get a good quality fairing or saddlebags for your motorcycle out there. Do not put yourself through the same stuff that we all went through. Just use a different vendor.

0 stars is what this company needs. Do not even think about buying anything from this company. 0 responsibility for there mistakes. Garbage products. Nothing but a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Paid waaay too much for something that looks like a piece of junk. I paid for the whole package including brackets and got a piece of beat up looking fiberglass. There is no customer service. Don't waste your time or money.

Scammers! Be ware of making any type of purchase with this company. First off this company will not respond to any of your emails or phone calls no matter how long you’ve been waiting on your items. After 5 months waiting for my 4” Harley bagger kit, I filed a claim through PayPal for “item not received”. On the final day before my claim would be resolved in my favor, the company supplied PayPal with a shipping label. My case was now disputed in their favor. I receive items and let me tell you I was extremely disappointed. First off it was clear as day that these parts have been sitting outside collecting rain and dirt and somebody just grabbed them from a pile and sprayed primer all over them. If these parts were fresh out the mold there wouldn’t be dirt and spider webs caked on the insides. After further inspecting nothing lines up at all, craftsmanship is horrible. The slots in the chin spoiler don’t even match, one side bigger than the other. My Tank shroud doesn’t even line up with the other side so it’s impossible to even install. Everything else resembles the few examples I provided. PayPal won’t give me my money back because it’s classified as “custom”. This has to be the biggest scam out there that anybody can easily do. Make crappy parts, sell them, and people can’t even return them because they are classified as custom. Absolute crap. Company still doesn’t respond.

This company sucks I ordered a headlight fairing for my road king and upon opening the box fairing was already damaged and the craftsmanship of this fairing was so terrible
and just awful! How can anybody sell this crap looks like nothing from their website! Bunch of crooks told me that the mounting bracket’s come with it nothing came with the fairing these guys suck

This is the worst company I have ever deal with. I'm about to lose a valuable customer because of their service, stalling n order Fullmetal. Unless I get parts from somewhere else ASAP. But I'll let my lawyer handle the situation from here forth.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.... Bought a fiberglass dash cover for an Dodge Ram. Had imperfections but I understand it will happen with fiberglass. The fitment wasn't even close to working on the truck. I contacted them, wasn't rude, and let them know it didn't work. I was sent an email that said " any issues with defects and fitment will not be tolerated" and we consider the issue finished. They said I checked a box with terms and conditions that I sure don't remember. I called and emailed again to try and discuss this and have been ignored on both tries. Any company that does this kind of business shouldn't be allowed to operate. I checked the box so they get a copy of this review. My order number ended in **511 and it was ordered on 3/11/22. I would be pleased if they try to contact me.

Absolutely awful. Received my rear fender. Paid over $300.00 it came chipped, the primer they used has runs all over it. And it is poorly made.

I bought what was supposed to be a grand national spoiler for my Regal which was garbage no way to mount it to the trunk you can’t get anyone on the phone or respond to your emails please don’t deal with these guys not pleased at all... I heard about Boost crew motor sports and was very pleased 502-418-3191...I promise you will be pleased

I bought a set of stretched bags and it was one of the lowest quality items I’ve ever seen. Figment was an issue and trying to prep them for paint was a nightmare. I ended up giving up after the company wouldn’t get back to me. What a waste of money. Buyers beware as this seems like a major fraud

First off why do companies like this continue to be allowed to stay in businesses? If could I would give them a half a star rating just because I'm a kind guy but back in August 2019 I purchased tank covers, side covers, fender and 6 down 6 back bags from these scams only because I could find anyone who had these items that would fit a 06 softail standard fxst. Well before I purchased from these scams I couldn't find a review so I ordered after I was told that they make their parts based on the specs of the bike, that's right that they are made to fit. B. S. !!!!!! It was built to fit a glide but to make things worse the quality was B.S., they originally told me 4-6 weeks it ended up being close to 4 months after I called and emailed over100 times. They didn't send the tail lights that was supposed have come with it and the lids were so bad that I had to buy news else where, they also did not send the bracket that's supposed to support the bags. And they not once made any of my complaints right.Ooohhh and did I mention that the quantity was ass? I spent a lot of money having this crap worked over just to get ready paint and the shop had to alot of modifications to make this crap fit.. so please don't shop here unless just feel like investing In a money pit smh.....

I ordered an unfinished batwing with 6x9 speaker cutouts for my 2005 softail in January 2021. Once ordered and my card charged I go an email stating the delivery date was moved out another 8-10 weeks. I wanted my money back and got the run a round. I threatened to call my visa card and decline the charges. Needless to say the sent me a batwing. Yes the quality is bad and the fiberglass is thin. They even rattle can the black primer on in. Even the windshield was just a cut out piece of plexy glass and it was way off from fitting. I gave this 3 stars only because I had read the reviews so I wasn't shocked when I finally received it. I had already planned on doing the fiberglass, stereo system and paint to match the bike myself. To do a quality job on it... lets just say I would have been money ahead to have stepped up to the plate and bought a custom finished batwing. But I wanted to learn the fiberglass and painting process. That's the only reason it got 3 stars. I can completely understand 100%%% why so many people give Bagger Bags 1 star!!!

i purchased a 6 down 6 out fender and bags on april 9 2021 finally got them after filing threw paypal on june 24 2021 they are the worst quality i have ever seen the fiberglass is so thin i can see threw it nothing lines up and know i have to take them to a body shop to redo the fiberglass worst i have ever seen dont buy anything from them

This kit looked like it was made by my 2 year old. Nothing lined up. Please just pay the money to a good bag fabricator. This company should be put down like a rabid dog.

I ordered a bagger kit for my 07 suzuki boulevard. 2 days later I tried to call because I had some questions and got zero response. So I decided to look up some reviews and I found all of this. I sent an email to cancel my order and made multiple attempts to cancel my order by phone as well with zero response. I dont know if I'll ever get my money or bags. I would definitely NOT order from them!!!

I am still trying to get my money back from these crooks. I spoke with Kirby today, having to call from another phone number. Kirby hung up on me and blocked this number. Now they have blocked out all of my numbers. A class action lawsuit is about to be filed. These crooks need to be put out of business.

Not even just to harp on what everyone else said.... their product is straight trash. I finally washed my hands of their trash product, still at a loss, but regardless...
Build quality is trash. Build time is trash. Communication is trash; after continuously emailing them about the product, they responded in an unprofessional way essentially telling me that I will get it when I get it. Stay the f*€k away.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. We need to shut this company down. Same as everyone else on this form; took forever to get the product, zero communication, and when I received my batwing fairing (9 months later) It is the worst quality I've ever seen. It's a pile of s#@!. I filed a BBB complaint but they couldn't get any response from them either. These people are rip-off artists and they know it. If I am ever in Florida, I am going to track them down and get medieval on them. I am a working man and I do not have money to throw away and yet that's what this experience has been.
