I see now that you should always check the reviews of a company before dealing with them, ordered May 2020 never received my product, talked the someone after three month of trying to make contact, finally did for them to disconnect their number and FB messenger. SAD and am out $900 plus dam

I'm johnny simmons im a bounty hunter from Memphis tn . I order a full 7" extension bag kit paid $1,1000 and some odd dollar for it in there add it said . Full kit included to make our bags work it took them 3 months to send them and when I got them they where crack. And broke i email them back and said where is my kit im missing the kit to install then they wrote me back and said it was lost in the oder we will look it to it and get back with u its now been 7 months and they work email me back or answer the phone so yes never ever oder nothing from them they will screw u over with no grease and lie to u like Satan himself but as I email them many many time and nothing but like I told them they got the right one this time I will see them at bike week ..............

I also purchased and item for around $115 which I never received it’s been about 3 weeks and I haven’t received an email or returned phone call. Negative stars from me. Don’t order from this business. They’re s**t.

Only 1 star since I had to Check it, for this company they need to start a negative star category. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD AND TRY TO RIDE THE 180 DAYS OUT SAYING ITEM IS ON BACK ORDER. IF THE PRICE IS SEEMS TO GOOD IT IS, IT IS BECAUSE THEY NEVER PLAN ON GIVING YOU THE ITEM. Baggerbags.com is not an honest company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a Batwiing, They would text me and tell me, only when I asked, it was taking so long due to COVID. My fault was being human and nice to them and went along. The entire time I do not believe they ever had any intent on sending it but charged over 600.00 right away to Paypal.

I ordered saddle bags back in May of 2020 with Marlo. I have left several of messages on the telephone number 786-310-0197 and on the main number with no return calls. These people have over $500.00. They will not return any of my calls, return my emails, or respond to my FB messages. I did speak with an attorney. I was highly referred, which they are sponsoring a friend bike on their website. If anyone else is getting the runaround from these people my attorney would like to know, maybe we can get a big law suit in against this infamous company.

If I could give this company less than 1 star, I WOULD. I ordered parts in june, after multiple emails I gave up on ever getting my parts. I ordered from another company. I sent bagger bags an email in November to cancel my order. Suddenly the next day they shipped my parts to me. I called to return them. They texted me and said they couldn't issue a refund because my order was too old. I explained that the order being old was their fault not mine. They texted back and said now are closing the business

Terrible services,part pulling is terrible, delivery long and wrong

If I could rate them with 0 star I would. My husband and I ordered a windshield for our motorcycle in June 2019 and was told it would ship out 60 days after they received payment, well here it is October and we still haven't received our windshield not only are they hard to communicate with but when they have communicated with us they keep changing our ship date. They changed it a few times they finally told us it would ship out the end if September the our order was on the priority list well now we are being told we should have it by the end of the year. I asked about a refund and was told it would take longer to get a refund then it would to receive our order. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything they will not answer calls or emails please keep your hard earned money and use a business you can count on bagger bags is a business that can not be trusted and they have horrible customer service

After waiting over 2 1/2 months for these bags, they are very poor quality. Fiberglass has many air bubble holes covered with a hard rough primer of some sort. BAD QUALITY BAGS. They shouldn't be allowed to sell this poor quality product at the price they sell it for.

I ordered a jeep grill overlay from baggers, I was worried because the reviews were so bad and I made an impulse buy and could stop the transaction, to my surprise it was shipped very quickly...it arrived today, and when I opened the package, my confidence dropped like a rock, it is so poorly made and needs major sanding and sculpting, fortunately I can do all that kind of work!
I figure I will clean it up and make it work rather than send it back and hope for a refund! Just beware ordering from this company as they obviously don't want return customers!

I have been waiting two months for a dash panel for my truck and they do not respond to me. They took my money quick enough this is b*******

THEN YOUR PRODUCT WILL ARRIVE AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE EVERYTHING THAT WAS ORDERED. THE ONLY WAY THEY ANSWER THEIR 'ONLINE" CHAT IS IF YOU SAY YOU WANT TO PURCHASE. NEW USE IN TRYING TO CALL THE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE IT GOES TO A LADY WHO STATED SHE HAS RECEIVED OVER 1000'S OF CALLS ABOUT PEOPLE MISSING PRODUCT OR NOT RECEIVING IT

Never, I mean never buy anything from this company. I ordered a rear fender over the phone and was told it was the right fender for my motorcycle. I called the next day to confirm it was the right fender for my motorcycle and was told by their sales staff it was the only fender that would fit my motorcycle, even though their website showed 3 different fenders for my motorcycle. After attempting to cancel with them several times, due to me feeling uncomfortable with their sales staff, I was told I couldn't cancel the order due to there being a shipping label already made. They told me after I receive the items in the mail, I could then start a return. WRONG again. They never got back to me even though I called about 50 times, emailed about 20 times, and texted with their staff. Not once did they reply. In the end, I got a fiber glass fender, but it didn't even come close to fitting my motorcycle. But on the plus side, they also sent fiber glass saddle bags, but with no lids. But I already had saddle bags from another company. So now I have a fender and saddle bags that wont fit on my motorcycle sitting in my garage. Waste of $600.00. Don't ever buy from these guys. they are a complete fraud.

Do not order from this company. Read all reviews. I wish I would have. They do not answer phone or return emails. They take your money and you just don't get your parts. I would have gave 0 stars if could. I have already contacted BBB and going go even further.

Do not order from them, for fairing all broken up, called them and ups, got product returned by ups, and never heard back from baggerbags. Want answer call at all. Is there thing we can do to close this company.

Every aspect of it.. i bought it they took my money..left me for dead for Bout 33 days.. then send me a track number and it took 15 more days...now its not the right package and the not answering email or phone....

Do not buy anything from bagger bags. You will not get what you ordered and you will not be able to return it. Their customer service will drag out the return process so long that you will go past the return allotted time and be stuck with the product or store credit of other stuff that doesn't fit.
