Junk is what they sent me and when I got the stretched bags, fender for my 2013 flhx aka streetglide they were broken due to sorry packaging for shipment. Sent them back then 4 weeks go by and they send the exact same bags back to me. I call them up and tell the idiot on the phone ill file a dispute against him and he basically laughed and said good luck with that ill sue you for defamation etc etc. I told him f you dude ill drive down there and f you up. This junk comes from China its not American made by any means. They probably buy the kits for $250 at the most then sell them for their price. The lids dont even fit the damn bags and the side covers won't even stay on. I feel as I'm out for $1200 and will have to spend numerous amounts of time and $ to fix their bs. The mount pina for side covers are nothing more than a plastic rubber hose fitting aka plastic barbed fitting. SMDH and you have to force them in to fit but they won't lock onto factory mounts. Will end up having to add to their junk to make them remotely useable. This has been going on for 2 years maybe a lil longer I lost interest and said f it

1 star because that is the lowest rating I can give bagger bags. Doesn't take long to read through the reviews and realize what kind of company you are dealing with. Long waits on orders, mine over 80 days with little or no communication. Then when you get the product finally it will most likely be damaged due to poor packaging when shipping. You also may want to check and see if all of the parts you ordered are there, mine was missing parts. Good luck disputing anything with them, let alone getting ahold of them. I have a claim along with many others through the better business bureau, hoping by some chance I can get a refund, so far no response from bagger bags.

Company won't answer phones then blocks you pre written email reply has anyone filed class action suit on these clowns thinking about it myself

Purchase a backend kit with side covers. The side covers didn't fit. The fiberglass work was terrible. Had to order some new bags & side covers from somewhere else.

Auschwitz had better customer service. Ordered parts 3 months ago, paid in full. Was told 6-8 weeks. Received nothing until today. Meanwhile a phone call and text EVERYDAY for the past 2 weeks got zero response. Unless of course you're talking about the actual product I purchased. Shotty fiberglass work, need to do alot of clean up before paint is even thought about.

1 star because I have to put 1. Order back in January haven't receive the merchandise and they don't answer their calls, text or on the chat the leave you on read. Scam spend over $1000 and now what I do??? Scammers beware

Bought a set from them. They were junk. Don’t ever buy anything from them. Very bad service. Alert finally finishing them. They looked good took one trip. And fiberglass was chipping away

Absolutely the worst purchase I ever made online. Order took over 3 months to arrive and once arrived was missing parts and had parts that I didn’t order included. Bags didn’t match my bike and their lids didn’t match their bags. I have called over 50 times 3-4 times a week for months to return them and get my money back but no one ever answers or calls back I am out over $800.00 on crappy molds so far. Even the body shop laughed at these parts when I took them there to see if we would save them. Worse company ever. Order 30441

Place sucks. I ordered a headlight 3 months ago still haven't seen it . They don't answer phone or email.

Please do not purchase anything from these crooks. I understand custom parts sometimes need some modification but their work is far from acceptable. I ordered 7" halo led headlights with bezel for a Harley Road Glide. What I got was a 7" headlight for a car with a crappy bezel. The bezel looked good in front but the back was put together with VERY BAD fiberglass work. The lights were drilled into and held on to the bezel with only two sheet metal screws. Then the only way to attach the housing to the bike was with one rusty 4" sheet metal screw. Sent email stating that the housing was not safe and that the vibration and road bumps would cause the housing to fall off the bike creating unsafe riding even injuries. No response to emails or call. They try to cover their a** but saying in a small print disclaimer at the bottom of the page that "..some modification is needed.." but the work is so far from being fixed to be of any use. I use the analogy if you buy a custom house and go inside to find out there are no walls.On there website they have a place for reviews but they don't allow you to post them good or bad. Trying to get back my $269.00 but I like its money gone. Please don't waste your hard earned money with these guys.

Terrible customer service. Took 15 weeks to get bags fender and lids after multiple emails. Dont bother calling because they wont answer or call u back. Lids dont even fit factory hardware. They said they need work to be finished before paint. Well my body guy said he cant even fix that. There mold for lids is junk. Fender and bags decent product. Would highly recommend buying somewhere else.

The brackets they sent don’t even fit my bike one side is way bigger than the other. They send no instructions or info on how to put them together. They do not respond to emails or calls. They took forever to send them. If you do get ahold of anybody they have an attitude. Can’t understand how they stay in business.

The garbage i bought off ebay was better quality then the stuff i received from Bagger Bags. Absolutely the worst made stuff ever.

0 stars, scammers , do not buy from these scammers , ordered a bat wing a year a go , never shipped anything to me , all they did is took my money and ran away, do not buy do not buy scammers.F U scammers

i wish that i had done my homework on this company before spending my hard earned money. the product is crap. the bat wing fairing is not complete as advertised. the stereo is not mounted nor are the mounting brackets for the fairing.the brackets are bare metal and are rusty.the windshield has a rough edge. overall this is not what i expected or paid for. this is not the condition that it is advertised as being. i hope bagger bags makes this right....

Don't buy anything here. No customer service response.
Even they rejected the citi card's dispute claim.
Do not expect what you ordered from this company like me.

Bought a rear fender for my night rod, add said it's ready for paint, it is in no way shape or form ready for paint. Required a lot of sanding and prep. Not just that, the left side was different then the right. Payed good money for this small piece of fiberglass, horrible. And they take forever to ship

I ordered replacement LED headlights for my road glide. After 8 weeks with no head lights and no replies I had to have my credit card reimburse me the funds. This place is a scam. I doubt they have a physical location other than a p.o. box. Stay away from this business....Also the only four star reviews look suspiciously like someone from bagger bagz posted them. Which is surprising because based on my experience I didn't think they knew how to type.
