There is not an option for 0 stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Was told a whole different thing on what I was buying. Have all messages to prove it. IT IS UNFINISHED, GAPS ON ALL SIDES, NO WIRING HARNEST, WINDSHIELD IS CUT OUT OF PLEXY GLASS WITH A HACKSAW. ONLY THING GOOD IS THE STEREO AND SPEAKERS. CAME WITH TWO METAL BRACKETS TO MOUNT AND WAS TOLD I WOULD BE ABLE TO MOUNT RIGHT UP, NOT TRUE. THERE NOT EVEN CONNECTED TO THE FAIRING. IM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW. THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.

Originally I was not planning to buy these Detachable Two Up Tour Pak Pack Mount Luggage Rack For my husband’s Harley Touring but my a while ago one of my friend ordered them from Bagger Bags and he suggested me that I get this one over the HD one. It is built just like the original one and has slotted holes for adjusting your pack. I did have to do some extra work, but for the price and quality it was worth it.

Beware of this company. I ordered a batwing fairing, website said itll be here in 2-12 days. Recieved it 30 days later, website said it would include mounting brackets.....guess what no brackets... called company,emailed,chat... no response. Did get 1 reply on chat,said itll be 30 days before itll ship. Their mistake,and I'm stuck with a piece of fiberglass that I can't mount....never again

Not only did they deliver the product in time but I received all the parts that were listed. So if you’re looking for a Good Low Cut Touring Pack! Purchase this one. Easy install and the finish were nice.

I ordered bags and fender on January 2 ,2019 and paid in full
And I’ve emailed these guys and got no response and even tried to call and still nothing as of today February 16th 2019 I’m convinced it’s pretty much a scam and I want a refund but can’t even get that or the products save your money and don’t do business with these guys at all it’s a joke

Over all I am satisfied with the god quality product I got from Bagger Bags. The bags look amazing and truly add an amazing look to my Suzuki. In addition to that it provides the additional storage space which will be helpful on treks especially when you have a habit of packing more stuff than you need. So with all that being said I give Bagger Bags HUGE thumbs up and recommended them to all of my friends too.

Please don't order from bagger baggs these people are crooks. The will rip you off. It took me 70 days to get my bags and I had to dispute them thru PayPal. When I did receive the product they sent me some bulls***. Please don't ignore. Keep your money go somewhere else to order.

I am not sure how anyone here can give bagger bags a positive review. I order 5" bags and a fairing for my vtx 1800 in October of 2018, I have not received my order and its now 2/13/2019, I can't get anyone to answer my calls or my emails and im sending nice emails almost begging for someone to respond to give me a true update on my order. I am out of a nice amount of cash that I feel have been stolen from me. I should've read reviews first so now it's an expensive lesson learned...to anyone who is considering doing business with BAGGER BAGS of Plantation Florida read the reviews from the BBB and other sites before you buy you will save yourself time money and headaches trying to recover your money. At this point I want a full refund I don't even want their product anymore, so sad that these people can sleep at night knowing how they jack people around. Your day will come bagger bags.

I just received my bags for my Harley and they are absolutely beautiful. My husband ordered some for his Harley also and said he has never seen bags so well made and look so good. He has been riding bikes for over 40 years so he's seen a lot. Thank you so much for the awesome service. I will definitely recommend you to other.

Extended Stretched Saddlebags are awesome. Sturdy and well made! Ordering was easy and shipping was quick! Owner was great helping me with my order. I love Extended Saddlebags and their great customer service. I will definitely recommended Harley products!!!

Keep your money horrible bags and fender we threw in trash wish I would have read reviews first

In October 2018 I purchased a 5" extended fender and saddlebag kit for a softail. The kit is very poorly made, saddlebags are different in sizes and for a street glide and the overlay fender is too short by 6 inches. My 1st contact with them was great but when I attempted to try to resolve the issues, they do not reach out or respond to any messages- everything ceases. I finally emailed the company again to order a different product and worked with 1 customer service guy but had to order a different fender. It's never arrived and the guy quit. I've paid for items that dont work and are poor quality. Normally I dont complain but I feel they are ripping me off or are struggling. I call and no response. I email and no response. Message them on Facebook and I get an auto response that they are overwhelmed with orders. I understand a business can be busy but to not respond is disappointing. My dream bike build is now a nightmare and 4 months behind schedule. Too bad the company isn't pulling thru. Would have loved to promote their business and be proud but I feel like a fool now.

I bought Saddlebag Rail Kit for my Honda VTX from Baggers bags and installed them myself. The rails fit perfectly and look great. Getting tools together and figuring how it was supposed to go, the first one took some time to install. But the given instructions were so easy to understand, that the whole installing was done within an hour. This was a great product I got at a reasonable cost.

For a very long time, I was thinking of giving my Honda Shadow 750 a new look so after my friend’s recommendation, I ordered Extended Stretched Saddlebag Kit for my bike. It took only 5 days to deliver it from Florida to California, which was very quick. They fit perfectly and were less troublesome to install. After painting them according to my need they gave my bike a little aggressive look. Overall I’m happy with the product I got from baggers bags at an affordable price. I recommended them to one of my friend too.

Last week I ordered 6″ Extended Stretched Saddlebags for my 2014 Harley Davidson Touring. These bags are well made and easy to install. They look great and the material is durable and of high quality; better than factory made.

I ordered a Sena Bluetooth 30k from Baggers Bags and although there was an problem with the Bluetooth, the management without delay resolve the problem by sending me a new one. They were rapid in their responses and resolve the problem faster than I would have expected. I will be dealing with them in the future for sure! Truthfulness and Honesty is something I value more over anything else.

Being a marketing person i sent many emails to many companies and started live chat as well, none of them behaved like this. if anyone is not interested he can simply say sorry not interested, this behaviour shows their real face

Love it! easy 2-3 min install, and fully changes the look of my bike!!! The best part was it is arrived in just 3 days! The 10% off helped me make my purchase, Definitely going to order this product for my dad’s bike for xmas.

Horrible products. They'll rip u off and steal your money. Faring are gapped and bad quality, rear fenders and bags are even worse quality, they expect u to mount your faring with alligator clamps. Bad customer service, you'll never get your money back on returns. I have to file a law suit to get my $2,000 dollers back.
Plus I ordered my product over the phone from Facebook never on the website. I was promised ready for paint. Not even close. Horrible quality. Never buy from them. All I wanted was a refund and return the stuff back. A no go.

Got a set of their 5" stretch bags and rear fender. Worst fiberglass work I have ever seen. Been chasing air pockets, Had to strip the crap primer, Seams coming apart. I purchased them about a year ago, and my project got delayed, so didn't really get into them until now. What a mistake. Customer service did help with a problem in the beginning, but not easily. Took several calls and getting upset on the phone. The replacement product they sent me only seemed better. But it wasn't. I have seen fiberglass laid by hungover crackheads that was better product. Don't waste your time. I am 20 hours in with body work and hope I am reaching the end of it. But no telling, every time I get something fixed, something else pops through....
