The website says 30 day refund. I got my wig and tried to return it the same day. I was contacted by someone who kept telling me they didn't want to accept the wig back. It's been 3 days and still, they have told me I'll be charged 30% restocking fee.

WAS TOLD TO RETURN HAIR TO CHINA.
I didn't like the hair I purchased. I was told by Baisi that I could send the hair back to an address in China and pay the postage. It was an expensive lesson learned. Never again! I'm still very angry and will probably never buy hair from any on-line company.
