I order from this website quite often and I’m never disappointed. The quality of the hair is amazing. From the seamless lace to the natural looking part, and the minimal shedding is what does it for me. If you’re skeptical about trying them out, here is your confirmation ladies..!

Do not buy from this company. The products are misleading and look nothing like the ads. The hair is terrible. You can buy better hair on Amazon and now they make it impossible to return if you are not satisfy. This is a scam!

This is my third unit from Baisi and I have been pleasantly pleased. Customer service is exceptional and very responsive.

They are using other people's work as their own. Read the low rated reviews on here before you get scammed.

I’ve been buying weave and wigs from Baiswig for over 10 years now. 1st found them AliExpress and now purchase via their website. They are by far the best company I’ve ever used for wigs and weaves. Customer service is 5 star. Hair quality is brilliant. This is not a paid review so honest and fair! You’ll be in safe hands with this company! I won’t be using anyone else!

The wig was AWFUL and cut incorrectly. I washed it because it had a slight smell. I will no longer order wigs online!!

I’ve purchased quite a few units and toppers from Baisi. The ones I disliked they accommodated me and have given me discounts. Like I stated in my previous review, baisi units and toppers are great. I’m not understanding the poor reviews that I’ve read. With the toppers you may use either way. It’s not rocket science to figure out. Or maybe you ordered the wrong cap size. You have to know your head, baisi is unable to witness the size of your head. I recommend this company.i have not received any incentives for my reviews. My reviews are genuine. I failed to accompany my order#’s due to I’ve placed multiple orders. Next time I will write one down on my next review.

There are hundreds of wig sites whom have integrity morals, honesty, and operate as so. Shop There. I won't let this Nightmare allow me to distrust.

Firstly, Baisiwig shipped me a wig I did not purchase. Baisiwig have refused to make this wrong right. This has dragged on since June,2025.

Baisiwig have blocked my email address from all of their online email addresses, returning my emails, as undeliverable.LIES!

After offering many resolutions that I'd accepted.
Instead they played games back and forth without intention of doing what was right,& deliberately and repeatedly failing to follow through and instead blocking my emails redirecting them back to me.

If I may give a Briefing of what transpired. Bear with me. It's difficult re-living this kind of greedy and dishonest behavior.

After receiving the wrong product I made contact without delay and full disappointment,6/17/25.I Asked a refund.I did not want money I wanted what I'd paid for.

Baisiwig responded with a resolution and promise to refund 1/2 back of purchase. I found unfavorable, because I wanted the wig I ordered. No more no less.

I actually was expecting they arrange their pick up, and ship the correct product. It's their mistake. Or did they really have the wig I ordered?

Instead this set them into the resolutions games they knew were not going to happen. Games1000.

Another resolution/offer that entailed I was to send it back, I agreed. That did not happen because they never initiated a pick-up.

Silence after that promise, meaning complete silence. I reached out again.

Ok now a third resolution offer. Why? I'd agreed to a couple along this unpleasant transaction. I then realized it's obvious they are playing games.

I reminded them I'd accepted the offer and asked they not continue switching back and forth, making offers and not honoring their policy or resolution.

This dilemma should have been resolved I'd agreed.
Instead another offer "keep the wig and we will send you another."

My Question "another"? Would that be the initial wig I purchased? That never shipped?

Or are you (Baisiwig) selecting a wig for me?
I responded with that very question, stating you do not get to pick a wig for me. I'm not a toddler I shop for myself.

Silence Again.. In other words NO RESPONSE.
I do not believe the existed. A.I.? I stretched my research to find it is alleging the images and video I viewed was questionable A.I...you think?

THEY HAVE BLOCKED MY ISP# for sure..
All emails come back UNDELIVERED!

I've used at least four(4) of their email addresses online, and chat where the window states "Leave A Note".

Really?

They have a slew of email addresses to run and hide from...and block consumers whom have been Bambooed.

A 2-yr.old can figure the email game. So elementary same name with numbers 1-4.Example below.

BE WARE! I'VE BEEN LIED TO, and Bamboozled, for months.

DON'T LET THOSE" alleged "A.I" VIDEO'S FOOL U.

I could not believe they posted reviews of the wig I purchased after they placed interception of my emails. Assuring I could not expose them on their Website.

The clincher is all the feedback for the actual wig I purchased was showing *5 stars. Truth is that wig do not exist. Instead a Jerri-Curl.

They disabled my link to leave feedback! I I wonder why?

Final:

FYI...My order was placed the first week in JUNE. The parcel took about about 14 days to arrive. My first correspondence was sent 6/17/25.

May I share the arrogance that reached me in a email, the tone was not only arrogant, but oh so condescending. When I was told me to restyle it myself.

The Second email of arrogance I was told "it's full," meaning the hair was voluminous I would think.
Also I hear in the tone RESTYLE IT, and be grateful the hair is full.

FYI: I did not purchase what you shipped, or did I purchase Voluminous, or a product to remake.

Mindfully so I only wanted what I'd paid for as it should be. Why am I having to go through this Inconvenience. WHAT NERVE!

Consumers we all work hard for our coins, tell your friends,family,organizations,colleagues,blogs,to Be ware and Turn the page on this Site(s).They got many Faces AND Game.

Now they claim Fr.Euro.
All of this will catch up with them, for sure.
Can you image receiveing a CURLY WIG and order "Twist"..Shame on them Shame on the GREED they wear! Karma is REAL!

Money wasted and lesson learned. I have filed a dispute with PayPal hoping to get this resolved otherwise, money down the drain.

I order to toppers and still have not received them. I asked for a refund and was told I can’t receive one because they have been shipped. Lie number one, then I continue to look through there page and found a picture of me and a style my stylist did and it not a topper SMFH. They are stealing other stylists work and promoting for themselves. I should have read their review first, but I thought they were legit. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They don’t go by their own rules and policies. I will let my bank deal with them. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AND I HOPE THEY STOP ALLOWING THEM TO DO BUSINESS IN THE UNITED STATES.
