My wife and I had to declare bankrupcy about 4 years ago. We were quite distraught with our situation, mostly for my wife !!! We dealt with a wonderful advisor. Her name is Gail Dagg. Gail was a huge calming influence to us. She guided us through the whole process and made it easy for us to move ahead with our life. When I went in for help, I was at the end of my rope and needed a thousand questions answered. The staff treated me with respect and empathy. I'm very happy with the end results. I recommend this place to anyone who is going through a financial hardship.

Would be 5 stars because the people are fantastic, but really need to modernize the payment methods. Having cheque be the only method of payment (or in person) is incredibly inconvenient. eTransfer or an option to make payments online would be much more efficient. This is really a show stopper in my opinion.
