Everything was fine but they have much formalities, I was literally stuck at Bali airport without internet/network because of one stupid screenshot which they did not check on time!
Thanks to airport wifi, I managed to sort it and got it activated!
Imagine if you would have landed on their non working hours, it would have been chaos!

Great sim card for Bali Trip
We travelled on April 12th 2026 and we purchased online e-sim and the customer service is prompt and as promised they activated before landed in Bali.The process was so smooth and quick and during our trip the network signal is great and we even had a video calling to our family members and there is no buffering.i suggest for tourist who travel to Bali to take this sim.
