Positive outcome in the end
Was disappointed to be told we would be charged the 20% that applies to businesses returning items even though we had tried to cancel the order before it shipped.
But in the end a full refund was received which was good as all other dealings have been positive.

Never purchased from them before and the price was a lot lower than anywhere else, so I was expecting some catch like slow delivery, or an EU plug or something. But it was delivered quickly and all good.
