I had never heard of Ballicom and was a bit hesitant but not only did they have the lowest price they refunded my next day delivery without any questions asked. It was not their fault, Parcel Force screwed up and had incorrect tracking information. So I give them 5 stars and will have no issue using them again in the future.

I find Ballicom to be fair priced and prompt, I generally book a two day delivery and ballicom generally get it there next day. 5 stars

I have a trade account with many companies and find balicom just as competitive without the trade pricing, they are my go to for Logitech product.

Absolutely first class service. From initial contact, ordering, communication, and delivery. Everything was excellent. Delivery was super fast within 3 days of ordering. Fantastic service!

Ordered an LG monitor (£1,184) on Thursday with paid next-working-day delivery. Contractually due Friday.

What actually happened:

- Friday: "Dispatched" email sent with no tracking number
- Tuesday (after bank holiday weekend): I called twice to chase. Only then was a tracking number provided. It returned no results on the courier's system.
- Was told it "should be live by tomorrow morning"
- Customer service eventually admitted the item doesn't actually ship from their warehouse

In other words, Ballicom is a drop-shipper. They don't hold the stock themselves. The "dispatched" email was sent before the parcel had even been picked by their actual supplier. The next-working-day service I paid £6.64 for was never realistic given their fulfilment model, and selling it that way is misleading.

Five working days after taking my money, the parcel still hadn't been handed to a courier. It only began moving because I chased twice.

Avoid for time-sensitive purchases. The price is good because they cut corners on stock and fulfilment. If you need something to actually arrive when promised, pay more elsewhere (Scan, Box, Overclockers, Amazon direct).

Got exactly what we wanted and also delivery was fast, next day.

Next day delivery of a hard-to-find DELL monitor with zero human intervention.
