Stupid Bank!!

Why did the bank employee and agent bribe to open a bank account and now’s it’s being closed?
Make sure to set the policy from the beginning
Now,do I even have to wait to withdraw my own money?
No foreign country has done this kind of tryranny.

This bank can close customer accounts at any time without reason or fault.
In the future, money should not be deposited in such a bank.

Sudden policy change make customers so much trouble. We got urgent notification in bank app to clear personal info. In the mean time, bank hold the account for one reason i.e policy change from bank. Whats the point. If policy change, it will effective from now on. It should not be effective all the account for non-proper reason. Here i want to blame bank handling the problem. Instead of closing all the account, you can reduce daily limit, face scan for every bank transfer etc. from your side, you are just holding the account, for customer side, no cash left in hand. Think this is so troublesome for everyone depending on bank.

Your bank is selling insurance fraudulently. They are closing it as they want, opening it as they want, and stealing our money. The service is very bad.

Bad review. Very bad policy for tourists

Worst of worst. They tend to allow creating an account with the required docs and after 2 months, they changed and froze my account. I have no idea with their change of policy like a monkey mind.

Terrible bank. This bank don’t care of customers’ affairs.

It is extremely disappointing that Bangkok Bank, one of Thailand’s most reputable financial institutions, has recently closed the bank accounts of Burmese nationals without providing valid reasons. Such actions have caused unnecessary distress and inconvenience to affected customers, leaving them with a very negative experience. For a bank of this size and reputation, treating customers in this manner is unacceptable. Shame on the largest bank in Thailand for failing to uphold fairness, transparency, and responsibility toward its clients.

Bangkok Bank has caused serious financial problems for many tourists by suddenly closing their accounts without proper notice. They actively promote accounts to foreigners and tourists, but then shut them down whenever they choose, leaving people unable to access their own money or withdraw cash.

This kind of practice is irresponsible and creates huge stress for travelers who rely on their funds while abroad. A bank should provide stability and trust, but Bangkok Bank has shown the opposite.

If you are a tourist or foreign resident, I strongly recommend avoiding Bangkok Bank to prevent unexpected financial trouble.

The bank failed to stop a credit card scam even though we reported it within 30 minutes of the transaction. Their customer service said they would stop the transaction but didn’t. Then after a long period of complaining they refused to accept responsibility.
