Do not use this company. The company promised and charged a lot. Most of which was not delivered upon. The workmen knocked holes in the walls, and left the bathroom in a dire state. They promised to install a light switch, remove and extractor fan and frame a bathroom all of which was not done. The now still have my mothers property key and refuse to give it back causing distress to her. My mother pointed out problems all along the job and gave a chance to rectify but nothing was done. She now doesn’t want them in the house as she’s so distressed and last time had 3/4 men in the house demanding money. The extractor fan is still in the loft, the bath isn’t attached properly, all of the fitting have fallen off already or not even glued on. The holes in the wall have been plastered and left. When I contacted the company on Facebook to try and come to a result i on I was laughed at and called a “melt”, wholly unprofessional. This company isn’t registered with any external bodies which explains a lot. Please please avoid.

We had the miss fortune having this person to do a complete Bath Room suite in 2014, within weeks the power failed & he blamed the four-day old boiler for the break down. The shower constantly leaked from the back wall, E Mail after sent to him with no response. So, reverted to phone call expressing my anger at lack of response. When he eventually turned up, he said I know I took awhile to get back to you but I thought it was more hassle & not worth it to me. At that point he cut a big hole in the back-Shower wall and said, “I don’t see a leak” covered it with a black bin bag & left. The Toilet he fitted he openly admitted “These French Toilets are prone to leaking. By God was he ever right. After the second leak and Kitchen ceiling collapsed, LV Insurers came & condemned his insulation. The pump was in the wrong place, the electrics were in wrong place & on it went

Stay well clear! The "charming" Simon came to my house that I'd just moved into, I was a bit overwhelmed by the sales pitch, so I stupidly paid £500 deposit, for a new shower to be fitted in March the following year (2020). After a few weeks, I found out I had to have extensive work to repair damp in my home, so cancelled the new shower. I gave him over 2 months notice, and I asked for my deposit back, as that was now needed for damp repairs. Not a peep from him, I took him to small claims, and he still hasn't refunded the money. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS CONMAN.

Don’t fall for any 10 year guarantee, cheap materials that fail after a few months. Don’t expect any after sales service from Simon. During my ‘10 year guarantee’ he folded LPS (Landlord Property Services) and set up Bathrooms North East Ltd.
Luckily for us I kept the fitter’s number who has come back to sort out this Salesman’s mess. After 3 years (£5000.00 for the bathroom originally) we have had to pay £585 to replace the shower mixer due to cheap materials sourced by Simon. Avoid.

Just avoid this company.
Completely unprofessional in every way.
I made the mistake of not doing any checks on HIM.
Just a little bit of research will reveal why you would never want to use them.

UPDATE - This company has now 'apparently' gone into liquidation so anyone paying this company from the 31 January 2022, be warned!
Further, as of the 31 January 2022 the company director was told that he could not trade under this name or any name of similar standing......oh he’s still very much trading!!
Also, please look through the reviews, every positive review is able to mention the Director by first name, any negative review is told to remove all reference to his first name! Mind boggles. Different standards but by way of the fake positive reviews you know full well who the company director is by name.
Ask him when he comes around, charms you and tells you that hes the best thing since the ‘Simon said’ game and tries to take your money? Ask him if hes dissolved this company due to him owing outstanding CCJs to customers – doesn’t want to pay so he starts up another company and let the cycle begin……..round and round it goes.
Ask him about his guarantees? Ask him if hes honest and why when the courts ruled against him that he hasn’t paid his outstanding CCJs to customers who took him to court and won…, ask yourself are you really going to hand over a few thousand pounds to this man, knowing that if anything goes wrong you wont see a penny and are left with a completely dysfunctional product!

Hello, anyone considering using this company.....PLEASE re consider and do background checks, search out reviews, listen to what people are saying and dont be fooled by reviews that have been left several times in one day.... then do more checks.
I have successfully taken this company (BSNE) through the small claims court and won. This is despite every effort by the Company to try and get the judgement set aside and skirt round it by claiming 'he didn't receive the papers'...all in his vain attempt to avoid action. Although he did respond to the first lot of court papers, everything else just got lost in the post.
The Courts thankfully saw through this farce.
I won the court case.
This review is based on my own personal experience, no amount of opposing reviews, intimidation or attempts to discredit me will change this as it is personal to me. There are court papers available relating to this court case where a full statement of my case is held.
The CCJ is registered on the register of judgements and at a small cost of £5 - £6 is available for anyone to view.

I cannot believe that I was foolish enough to use LPS Bathrooms and the ( name removed). He quoted £4100 for a full bathroom refurbishment, which we thought very expensive as the bathroom is tiny 6ft by 6ft 6, but he(name removed) said we would have a bathroom which was fit for royalty. Stupidly we agreed and initially we were fairly happy with the finished work. Fast forward 2 years, I have 5 leaks the shower door is hanging off again, the radiator has come away from the top of the wall and the cladding is stained all over. I can't get hold of Simon and a different plumber has told us that neither the bath or the toilet are fixed to the floor, the pipes used are rotting as they're plastic instead of copper and in his words I've been mugged!! I'm gutted that I'll now have to pull out more money to rip this disaster out and replace the lot. Mr (name removed)is a con man who makes a living conning genuine people out of a lot of money, disgusting individual!!!!!

Please be very careful about using this company which has links to Independent Bathrooms the people masquerading as fitters are bullies, uses bully boy tactics and threatening behaviour

How can Lps bathrooms still be doing work when it's dissolved in Feb 2018?.

WHAT I GOT FOR £3,800 ten year guarantee what a joke!
The first problem we had after 3 weeks was the shower pipe started to leak which then led to water running through to the kitchen and ceiling light. We were forced to go through our insurance as the laminate flooring was completely ruined. The bath was constantly dripping cold water 10 weeks after he first came out, this was called out as soon as it was noticed but no one came to resolve the problem. After the first problem we got in touch with the owner he came out to fix the leak but, since then we have had several more leaks from the sink and bath the shower head fell off the wall. A new plumber had to be called out to basically re do all of his work. We decided to contact Truster-trader and Julie helped us out. She arranged for the owner to call 3 times but never came. He has been taken off the site. We are now going through a small claims court hoping to get the bathroom mess sorted!

Just had my bathroom and toilet fully refitted and what an amazing transformation I am absolutely over the moon with the work that's been completed and the workmen were very polite clean and tidy and couldn't fault them in any way.

All I can say is wow! The better half has always wanted to have a swanky posh bathroom, Big thanks to Mr Askew I've got her just that. He even fitted a hand rail so it's easy to get in and out the bath and he couldn't have been more accurate with its positioning and he raised the toilet a little. The world would be a better place if there were more like Simon honest gentleman top bloke!

I have waited a while before reviewing due to the negative feedback but I have to say Simon has been fantastic. We had a little drip and he came straight out to sort it. We were never left without a toilet, all rubbish was cleared and bathroom left tidy daily. The whole process was easy start to finish, Simon came to price, showed us the colours and talked through packages. Job was done in 4 days. Thank you Simon and Ryan, both polite and professional
