I have also been contacted by trust pilot as my review has been reported like some of the others which have left a bad review. It just goes to show since I left this that more and more people have been left out of pocket because of this conman who changed the name of the company to try and con his way out of adhering to the 10 year guarantee. DO NOT go anywhere near this company what ever you do. I am still paying the price 3 years later with leaks... I contacted LPS on chat on the 19th January as I had a bathroom fitted in November 2016 and I have had problems ever since. The shower was leaking 2 months after it was fitted so I contacted The boss and he sent a lad out to fix it. He put silicone round the shower and went on his way. He told me at that point that the lad who had fitted the bathroom had been sacked due to the shoddy work he has done and he was having to fix the problems he had caused. I knew putting silicone round wasn’t going to fix the problem the water would eventually go elsewhere which it had. I then contacted the boss on email in September 2017 and sent him pictures of all the problems as now the cupboard next to the shower and downstairs under the bathroom were smelling of damp and again the shower was leaking and water is now under the flooring. I never received no response from The boss so I contacted LPS on chat on 19th January this year and chatted with an advisor She told me that she was sorry about this and someone would contact me ASAP. Guess what? Nobody has. This is twice now I have tried to contact them and I’m having no joy. So You are supposed to get a 10 year guarantee this has now been changed to 2 year I wonder why?? I have too many problems to mention. I wish I had never went anywhere near LPS as the after care is non existent so I need to turn elsewhere and contact trading standards to get my problems resolved. These company’s take your money but when things go wrong they don’t want to know.

From start to finish work was carried out in a professional manner, can honestly say throughout the 4 homes I have owned this work was the most stress free ever! End of first day I was left with a wc as promised, guys were punctual and kept me involved at each stage of the work, I am now the very proud owner of a beautiful bathroom .

I was aware after paying the deposit, that Simon and LPS bathrooms had received some poor reviews, so was expecting some teething problems. However, I was very relieved that despite an initial delay in starting, Simon and Ryan made quick work of the renovation and throughout each day allowed me or my husband to inspect the progress. Protection was used, they cleaned up after themselves, the installation was conducted in a timely manner, rubbish was removed efficiently and Simon communicated throughout. The equipment and products used are (from what I can ascertain) of a very good quality and the finished product is done to a high standard. No leaks and no issues, but it has only been a few weeks. I am hoping aftercare is provided to the same level, and once carpet runner has been replaced, will increase to 5 stars.

From the moment I enquiried about the two bathrooms I wanted to renovate at my fitness business Storm Fitness; I immediately knew I was in safe hands. My budget was taken into account and was kept to throughout. The finish, outcome and service I have received have been excellent and I felt the guys took personal responsibility for seeing the job through to completion to a very high standard.

They were not the cheapest option but I feel I have received very good value and I've received great aftercare.

Just had don't my bathroom replaced by LPS and I was very impressed. Simon did the initial visit and told me exactly I was getting and when. The fitter, Davy Bell came first day and after seeing what was required got straight to work. If I wanted any changes, nothing was too much trouble. The finished bathroom is outstanding with no negative points. Payment was straightforward and easy, so I can't recommend LPS, Simon and especially Davy highly enough.

Lovely new bathroom installed by LPS Bathrooms - no problems from Simon's initial visit to go over the bathroom spec (so many samples and choices!) to the excellent finished bathroom last week. I was able to speak to Dave (the installer) on a couple of mornings before work and he was very professional and took the time to let me know what was happening that day, very knowledgeable and no jargon. During the week while the work was going on he always left the place as tidy as possible. I would absolutely recommend LPS Bathrooms if you're looking for a change.

I made the mistake of contacting LPS to replace my bathroom, it would take a full page to detail the issues I experienced so I summarise.
Day 1 Did not turn up, blamed his wife for making the booking (I had no correspondence with his wife, just the owner.
Day 2 Arrives late drops off his employee ,leave early doctors appointment.
Day 3 Arrives on time with his arm in a sling, damaged shoulder weight training, leaves employee and goes but does come back to pick up employee
Day 4 Drops employee off and leaves, later I notice that the shower employee is fitting is not a rain head shower as contracted, he contacts Ownerby phone to point this out owner then speaks to me and demands that I pay him in full there and then ( a bit aggressive) or he will leave the job, I pointed out he was being childish I just wanted what had been specified, he says he will come back to speak to me, I point out I will be leaving for work in 3 hours. Owner does not show up before I leave for work.
I return from work to find a finished bathroom and rain head shower that looked fantastic on first viewing, I asked my wife how owner was and she said fine, no problem.
Day 5 Wife is in histerics, there is water pouring through the kitchen ceiling and down the light fitting I am at work I tell her to turn off water and electrics and contact owner.
Day 6 Owner and employee arrive to fix the leak from the newly fitted bath, I show owner the badly cracked and stained kitchen ceiling, he states he will send me a tin of paint.
We also found the new bath had been chipped and the bath panel was cracked, some wall panels had noticeable gaps so overall not as impressive as first thought (Owner never did send the paint he promised).

Conclusion: Please stay well clear of Owner and Employee

Ps had to remove references to Simon the Owner has he is very sensitive to justified criticism.

Had simon fit our main bathroom, en suite and downstairs WC recently and I have to say he was great!!! Always on time, work areas were left spotless and having a young child this was important. Credit where it is due Simon, I could go on and on complimenting Simon, his work ethic, his professionalism, time keeping and the quality of work and the finishing of the work was top marks! I will be recommending LPS Bathrooms and Simon

Fantastic service from start to finish. Lps returned after a year to change a worm toilet seat. Thank you Simon and lps. A year in and it's still perfect.

Please do not consider this company our experience has been fraught with problems and now five months later the bathroom is still to be completed. What the company say they will deliver is not consistent with what they actually do. Only when you repeatedly contact them and complain do you have a chance to get anything done. We have had to revert to the courts having paid in full and the bathroom remains unfinished

Whilst the loved the bathroom when it was done I have had a few issues where I have had to contact Simon. I have to say his aftercare could be a lot better. I am still waiting for him to respond and if he does I will change this rating but at the moment I am hugely disappointed and would not recommend him to anyone. I have a shower that I can't use and no idea when it will be rectified. So come on LPS redeem yourself

If I could offer anyone any advice about LPS Bathrooms is just don't even think about using them. The ten year guarantee is utterly worthless and the owner has an excuse for every occasion. Appointments to come and affect repairs, come and go, without a phone call. You end up chasing him and its just a total waste of time. I gave up in the end which is exactly what he intended I suppose.

The worst experience of workmanship we have ever come across. The soil pipe for the toilet was balanced on two upturned cardboard boxes, the pipes leaked behind the toilet, the bathplug lasted for 5 months and after 7 months of trying without success to get Simon Askew to put things right we had to threaten court action before we settled out of court. We lost £2500 and now the shower has leaked through the kitchen ceiling. This is going to cost us a lot more money. He gives a 10 year guarantee which is a joke when he won't even reply to emails,phonecalls or texts about a problem.

Just had Davy and Thomas put in a new bathroom and we are delighted with it. Every day they cleaned up and actually vacuumed the carpet before they left. We were never without a toilet for very long and the water was turned off for a minimum amount of time. They were friendly, polite and very pleasant to have in the house. The finish on the bathroom was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We would have no hesitation in recommending them

Just had a bathroom fitted by LPS absolutely delighted by the quality and the service from this company. Martin their installer is absolutely first class nothing is too much trouble to him. I can recommend this company unreservedly,Completed in only four days you cannot want for better.
