The staff at your showroom were very helpful and on the ball with the products that we were looking for. The shower screen we ordered arrived within a couple of days, and we appreciated the update on the rest of the order so we knew exactly when to expect it.

Everyone was very helpful
Everyone was very helpful, all items delivered on time.
During the fitting of the bathroom we had some problems. Jill and the team sorted everything out.
When i had to get in touch with them at a later date, due to a unforseen problem, they were very helpful and sorted out the problem straight away.
I cant thank them enough for their help

hinge parts given but missing from the instructions, missing bolts from the package that are related to fixing those hinges… had to go out to the shop to get the right bolts and figure out ourselves…

I ordered an "in stock" item elsewhere…
I ordered an "in stock" item elsewhere but the email confirmation cited 21 days for delivery. A problem! Turning to Bathshop's "Cath", she acted quickly to identify the correct item, and confirm that it was truly in-stock. Then, Cath made the effort to contact the warehouse to doubly verify that the item was there, ready to be shipped. It was at my premises 2 days later. Bravo, Cath and Bathshop, you're a lifesaver!
