We are very happy! A complete new bathroom at a very reasonable cost.
Everyone at Handforth were so good - helpful, pleasant and a joy to deal with. Particularly Cath and Jill who went to great lengths to get everything we needed- offset bath, cupboard units, comfort toilet, sink, quadrant shower - the lot! !
Ok- so not everything went to plan and a couple of things had to be ordered again with staff sourcing differing items .[when originals suddenly became 'out of stock' after ordering & payment ?]
Each time they did their utmost to get us a replacement order sent quickly. 'Delivery Tony' almost became a daily fixture on our drive ???

Purchased a new bath mixer tap. Came in for spares, but a new tap was almost the same price as spares from the internet. Service was quick, knowledgeable and with a smile.

Helpful staff, great product at excellent price and efficient delivery.

Tried to purchase a bath, delivery and customer service non existent. Took payment, no update regarding delivery date. Chased them via email as they have no customer support phone number they came up with a date, still no delivery... attempt to phone, no answer, just get cut off. After 10 days eventually told the item was never in stock... requested refund, no refund many days later. Would avoid at all cost.

Almost 3 years ago I bought a whole bathroom suite. 1. The shower cabinet had to be sent back as the frame did not sit level, it was very flimsy, I exchanged it for a heavier one, it is not perfect.
The toilet rim is not level, the new manager came out to see it but would not accept that there was a big problem, the seat would not sit level, the lid would fly back when you sat on it, he still would not accept that. I found another seat elsewhere because I could not live with this fault and a lot of trouble as it doesn't go with the pan. He gave me part of the cost back, which to me was admittance. Now almost 3 years later this seat has broken because it's uneven.
Now the syphonic cistern has broken within 3 years, it only needed a washer,but it appeared that I had to have a whole syphon part.
More expense. I am having to live with this broken toilet seat, due to this company not following the law.
I am an elderly lady living on my own and I feel this company were taking advantage of me not being able to deal with this awful problem.
I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone and I certainly think your manager then was afraid of responsibility. I spent a lot of money for unsatisfaction. This took place 2021.

I am more concerned about the fact that you came out and saw that the pan was not level, yet the manager refused to do anything about it. I had to shop for another seat, which would sit without moving. This one fitted, but not as well as the original and didn't look as nice. Finally the fatigue has caught up and the hinges have snapped. Anyone in your line of business would know that this would eventually snap, even I realised that this would happen. I now, I am landed with a toilet that will never be right because you wouldn't do anything about it and were delighted at me finding another seat, I stupidly let you off the hook. AND YOU SAY I AM BEING UNFAIR.
If you correct this then I am willing to withdraw this review. Meantime I have to use a broken toilet seat.

Terrible company, send wrong sized product then blame the customer. Ask you to jump through hoops to get a refund then just ignore all contact. Even their delivery drivers talk bad about the company. Avoid at all costs

Recently purchased a Comfort W.C. at half the price I could find locally, delivery was spot on time and the driver carried it over the step into our home in a very helpful and friendly manner the product is heavy,very sturdy, and an eye pleasing design.
Extremely happy with my purchase the fitting was straight forward and it’s all working as it should.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use Bathshop again

Initially the purchase (sink in cistern toilet) was fine, and the product as described. However, typically like any big company when you need help if something goes wrong, the service was awful. Our toilet flush mechanism broke after a couple of years and while I don't expect it to be covered under warranty, I'd expect that parts for these products would be kept for a number of years considering A) the importance of the item and B) the nature of it being fitted into your house and C) the cost of full replacement. It's a very good job that this is our second toilet as its unusable, and this has dragged on for 4 months or so. At this point I'm still trying to get an answer on the part number for the flush mechanism as they don't keep them in stock. I've spoken to a number of different people, sent over a dozen emails, and reminders, keep being told the same thing "We're waiting for the part number". Classic big business behaviour, all about the sale, no thought about looking after the customer. The service would be akin to something that would need flushing down the toilet...if only it were working.

I had tried to find a bathroom goods outlet near me where I could see a Combination Toilet and Sink, and failed. Whilst visiting family I saw Bathshop321 come up. I went to the showroom, the item was in stock, on display, and a very helpful salesman assisted me.
It has now been installed and is just right for the situation. I'm very glad I found Bathshop321 on the internet and that they have a big well-stocked showroom.

The support on taking the order was great but the logistics team whom Bathshop use to deliver are questionable. A delivery 3 hours earlier is significant, to then have taken the incorrect contact details meant the delivery was on its way back to the warehouse. Next day delivery again 3 hour time difference but delivery accepted ....item missing. Next day delivery discovered more items missing ...legs to the bath, pretty essential part for the plumber. Next day delivery ...no items appeared, spoke to Manager assured me of 4 day delivery, bath legs never appeared. A week on from initial delivery and no complete order, missing bath legs were sourced by the plumber so he could fit, a week later than planned. Complaint sent to David manager at Bathshop to date no ackniwledgement.

Purchased a shower screen over the phone to collect in their shop within a few days. Didn't receive any emails confirming delivery etc. Called them and they said its now not due in for over 2 months (nobody was going to let me know). I asked to cancel/refund and was told that was being put through. Again no email confirmation, no refund. Contacted again, was told that it had been requested to accounts team but there were some team members off. Again no refund and no emails, contacted again and was told same story, its been requested and should've been done, still no refund.

I wouldn't trust this company, never had such poor service and lack of communication.
