Decent service but poor communication. They send you an email the day before delivery asking you to email them if you are not going to be at home. I emailed the straight away to ask if my purchase could be delivered in the afternoon. No response and so I had to change my plans which was time consuming and inconvenient. So, what’s the point of asking if you have no apparent intention to act on a reply from a customer? Today I received a text with a phone number to call but it’s too late now, I’ve already had to change plans! Delivery driver was great, friendly and professional.

Customer service and products absolutely awful. They don’t deserve 1 star!

Ordered items that turned up damaged (I have a photo of them on their delivery van with the box damaged) driver assured me that the products were fine and the cardboard had just ripped. On opening the box when we came to fit the suite it had obviously been dropped and was badly damaged. Reported it straight away with the image of the item on their van clearly showing the damaged box, however got a response to say that as we didn’t report it within 3 days there’s nothing they could do however I could purchase a new one at full cost if I wanted… how kind of them!

On another note their items are poor quality anyway their stuff makes ikea look like a premium brand!

There are plenty of other bathroom showrooms on the same industrial estate as the Cheadle store do yourself a favour and use someone that’s more reputable Bathstore321!

I ordered a shower, but unfortunately it wouldn't have come in time for my plumber to complete my bathroom. I phoned Mikey in the store loads of times to try to rearrange delivery and he was brilliant!!!! I am in the customer service industry and the service I received was SO good. I requested a refund and Mikey said I would receive a full refund. I was expecting to wait a few workings days at least, but when I checked my bank the next working day the refund was there! I will definitely buy from them in the future and recommend to others. Brilliant service! Thank you!!!!!

Extremely helpful and prompt handling of all my enquiries and fast shipping to help me get my bath purchase to the shipper for onwards transmission.

The first bath panel received was incorrect. Unusual these day's I actually spoke to Bath Store people on the phone!!!, both male and female, the team there were very helpful sorting the problem out . The replacement panel arrived a week later. All's well now, Exceptional service.

2 Stars -Excellent service. Very quick delivery But, not helpful with a scratched bath panel when we unpacked it and contacted them. Suggested rinsing it or t cut but did say send more photos as the scratch was unclear by sight on the picture. We have sent more and explained it’s clearly a scratch. But heard nothing back yet.

They have responded and a new panel is coming out tomorrow. They said they couldnt see the damage before. But asking us to use t cut isnt great. Would use again as better response in the end.
Further review information- finally on our fourth panel, we have one that is up to standard and not scratched.

Item arrived on time. Very pleased with the phone service and the items purchased. I purchased over the phone as i had some questions - excellent customer services - definitely use them again.
