They made my buying experience an enjoyable one. Our sales guy Mike, went beyond my expectations with the sale and correcting an issue with missing stock. I will definitely shop there again.

2 Stars -Excellent service. Very quick delivery But, not helpful with a scratched bath panel when we unpacked it and contacted them. Suggested rinsing it or t cut but did say send more photos as the scratch was unclear by sight on the picture. We have sent more and explained it’s clearly a scratch. But heard nothing back yet.

They have responded and a new panel is coming out tomorrow. They said they couldnt see the damage before. But asking us to use t cut isnt great. Would use again as better response in the end.
Further review information- finally on our fourth panel, we have one that is up to standard and not scratched.

Item arrived on time. Very pleased with the phone service and the items purchased. I purchased over the phone as i had some questions - excellent customer services - definitely use them again.

Very helpful and found us some really good bargains. Was half the price of a previous quote for a full bathroom and shower.

It was a welcome change for someone to call you back when they say they will, and to offer the help you need. Great service.

Overall a brilliant service. We had requested a delayed delivery date of 20th September 2023 to suit a planned holiday. All items were delivered on the agreed date and when examined were in good condition apart from a wall cabinet with finish blemishes on the internal surfaces. Having contacted Customer Services immediately they arranged for a replacement unit (this one was fine) to be delivered on Friday 22nd September 2023 and the defective unit to be collected at the same time.

All in all a very good service and great Customer Support.

Very easy to navigate website and after a phone call and a few questions answered I purchased the item was delivered promptly but my customers vanity was slightly the wrong size but called Bathshop321 up and it wasn’t a problem they had it picked up and I was refunded .I was very impressed and will be using them in the future 👍👍

Bath shop UK delivered my order on the time given, the driver phoned me to inform he would arrive in 20 mins. which he did.
There was some slight damage with the wash basin, which was replaced without fuss.
Would highly recommend the Bath company for there overall service.
