Super customer service. Very good quality shower. All in all a very good experience. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Ordered a basin but my customer had changed vanity unit size so immediately (within 4hrs but lets be generous 24hrs) I cancelled the order. I was told it would be refunded. A few days later I asked where the refund was and was told it can take 7 - 10 days. (WHY)
Not sure why this being the 21st century. 12 Twelve
(working) days later asked again and was told its been processed 3 days ago. Asked yet again today and told "Unfortunately, this is in the hands of our accountants , who have advised they have processed - please can you let me know when you have received this refund in the next few days",

Good experience, would use again

Look no further. This is the place for obsolete bath items! I'm an architect and often need to find another toilet pan, or whatever, to match an existing one. These guys were great!

Just great for the trade who want to provide a bit of an extra touch.

We were well looked after by the store manager who was very knowledgeable and helped us with our choices. He went out of his way to find what we needed.
The products we purchase were of a good quality and very competitively priced.

New shower bath looks great, all delivered on time and as expected. However, incorrect part supplied for shower screen. No response to emails or calls, seemingly impossible to contact customer services.

I found your customer service/sales representative Mike to be very helpful and efficient. He gave me great advice and was happy to spend time offering choices of product which he thought would be the right ones for me.

Good initial service but then went a bit downhill, 2 parts not delivered then delivered late, then 1 part not delivered at all with no information given, service otherwise good

The people i dealt with were very nice but the toilet arrived 2 days after the deadline so had to refuse delivery. shame

I recently ordered a sliding shower door which duly arrived unfortunately it was not possible to assemble it because holes in the glass doors were wrongly positioned. The customer services, however, could not have been more helpful and the problem was sorted to my entire satisfaction. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.
