Good service but need option to shop in one parcel
Good service, well packed and would definitely use again. Although deducting one star as since parts of my order had different shipping dates they wanted to charge me 3 shipping fees (£22.50). So I made the order above £150 to get free shipping and they waited until all items were in stock and sent one parcel. Why isn't there an option to do this with smaller orders?

I have used BMS Technologies for…
I have used BMS Technologies for vehicle batteries for a long time and always had good service and a fair price. A true test of a company is how they deal with an issue, even when it's not there fault.
I ordered a battery for my defender and it arrived promptly as always. I discovered that it would not fit in the battery box, returning the battery they checked against the vehicle registration to confirm it was the correct specification, which it was. I showed the battery I had removed as a pattern and within 5 minutes they produced an identically sized battery, I paid and was on my way.
The refund for the original battery was in my account within two days. What a first class company with customer service that a lot of companies could learn from.

Handled my warranty claim very professionally
I had to make a warranty claim on a battery I had bought from BMS. I called in and was dealt with Kieran, who was very helpful. He explained the process, I provided the information and my replacement battery was provided very promptly. Very impressed with the service, will use BMS again.

Where do I start at the beginning? Five star Service with five star technical support thank you Ryan five star prices they will not be beaten on any victim product and your point from backbone Victron energy in the UK they are the largest distributors and the best distributors so helpful free Delivery which is unheard of now and their backup service is five star as well so thank you very much. What more can I say if you’re gonna buy Victron buy from these guys because they are simply the best.

They will wriggle out of it - no matter what.
They trade on ebay under bmstechnologiesltd, so maybe checkout their feedback there before buying - 119 negative or neutral feedback in 12 months!

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the outcome and would like to clarify the decision based on the key test results.
The battery showed a voltage of 11.25V and an internal resistance reading of 24.24 mΩ. Both values are clear indicators of a heavily discharged and degraded battery.
As outlined in our warranty terms, batteries must be tested in a sufficiently charged state (minimum 12.1V) to determine whether a genuine manufacturing fault is present. Results below this level indicate the battery is undercharged, meaning the test is not valid for warranty purposes.
Additionally, elevated internal resistance at this level is widely recognised as a sign of damage caused by deep discharge or improper charging conditions. These are excluded under warranty, as they are not manufacturing defects but issues related to use and operating conditions.
All battery manufacturers and suppliers—including ourselves—apply similar warranty exclusions. This is standard across the industry, as conditions such as deep discharge and improper charging cause irreversible damage rather than faults in manufacture.
We understand this situation is frustrating and are happy to provide further clarification if required.
We would also highlight that we have an incredibly high rate of 5-star reviews and many successful warranty claims from our customers.

Excellent Warranty Service
Purchsed a Hankook 100A 850CCA battery 18 months ago and despite being on a Ring RSC612 12A Smart Charger when not it use, it just completely died, went from 850CCA to 460CCA to 100CCa to 0CCA in 6 days.
Kieran at BMS was very good, took me through the warranty process with no fuss and one week later I took delivery of a replacement battery.
First class hassle free service.

Complete scammers
Complete scammers, didn't send an item till after I made a non delivery complaint and told them not to send it. Did a return through Ebay with full tracking and they said I didn't return it. Had to get Ebay to step in and they reviewed the return and surprisingly fully refunded me as it was delivered. You may save a couple of quid using these scammers but in the long run it will cost you a lot of time and aggravation, your best off using an alternative company. COMPLETE SCAMMERS.

The product has not arrived however I've received an email saying the order is completed.
Not able to review something and a service that has not been supplied
After your system is modified so I receive a 'completed' email after delivery I will happily update the review.
I've previously bought an item from BMS through eBay and was impressed by the speed of delivery plus the price was competitive.
Hence I went straight to them to order this item. Again the price was good.
