My order for a Weber conversion kit was confirmed from Gameday Grill Parts/BBQFuelConversions and they took my money, but the kit was never shipped. No response to my inquiries. Do not order from them.

I order a Fuel Conversion Kit for my Webber grill on 2/16/2024.
Over 1 month later, still no conversion kit. I reached out to the company and no response.
Looked up their website and not a real website!

When you search their address, you get the company's real name to Majestic Grill Parts, with a web address of Grill-Repair.com.

No one answers the phone or returns emails.

Total scam. Working with AmEx on refund!

I ordered from this company in January and did not receive anything or hear anything from them. Sent multiple emails with no reply. I filed a dispute with my CC company and was told the the company sent documentation to support them. I pushed the issue with the CC company and wanted proof item was sent. CC company then informed me that the company sent documentation that did not hold up in their investigation and they reissued me my credit and pushed their investigation further. Fraudulent company stay away, total SCAM

SCAM. Same as all the others. Ordered, and never received the product. No response when emailing. No phone number available.

Purchased product two months ago and still haven’t received. I have sent 4 emails and left two chat message with zero response. Of course there is no phone number to call. At this point, this website is to be considered fraudulent and I will be filing complaints and obtaining directory info on the owner of this website to pursue.

I purchased in August and never received my order. Multiple emails and phone calls and no response. Do not buy from them! I have never had an issue with a vendor that accepts PayPal before but I got screwed this time. They respond to emails before they have your money and nothing after.

Have never received a product I ordered 4 months ago. They have not responded to two emails and the phone number is disconnected.

It's been months and they have not sent the parts and they haven't responded to phone calls and emails, this place is a scam! Please don't not purchase from them

Order product, paid via PayPal, thankfully. No product delivered. Multiple phones calls, emails and "chat" messages. No response. Complete scam. Would bet the 5 star reviews are not legit....

Placed an order with them almost two months ago and nothing. They won’t respond to emails or phone messages. They scammed me out of $85.00. I reported them to the FTC.

I guess I have been scammed just like all the others. No contact after numerous emails and voicemails.

Total SCAM!!! Ordered and paid $ 114.99 back in August 22. It's now Oct.7th (44 days) and never received product. I've phones numerous times and left many messages. I Filled out their customer support questionnaire to no avail. The website states that If you don't receive product to request a refund via email, but does not list any email whatsoever. Not even a listed snail mail address.

I reported this company to the FTC. Please enter more complaints if you are a victim of fraud from this company. Report any fraud to FTC website.

Not only has the order never been recieved, they have not once answered a phone call or any of the several emails I have sent asking for an update

I ordered a conversion kit back in July 2023. No response to my e mails. Know one answers the phone. they just took my money and I received nothing. I am doing a charge back. You should not order form them. It is either a scam or the owner is smoking meth with my money.

Parts ordered were never received. Despite repeated phone calls and emails to the 'customer service' (HA!) number, no response was ever received. Fortunately, my credit card company stands behind me, not them. I am changing my cc number to prevent future fraud which may result from having provided the number to this shady organization.

Easy to install. Came with great instructions. Saved me a ton of money converting my existing 330 to run on NG.

I’ve had the same experience as others. I placed an order a month ago and still haven’t received my kit. No one ever answers the phone but Tara has responded to 2 emails. They charged my credit card when I placed the order and I still don’t have the kit. They created a mailing label to imply it was going to be shipped but that was 3 weeks ago. Be very cautious with them!

This company is a scam… takes your $$ and ships nothing.
We’ve been waiting weeks and weeks for parts.
Contact is almost non-exist if you try calling or emailing. Received one email after two weeks of hearing nothing about a shipment. Rec’d a quick note about excessive orders and understaffed.
Waited a few more weeks, still nothing. Now, no answers to emails or phone calls.
Only with a threat or reporting them as a scam and PayPal going after them did they issue a shipping label notification… parts still not shipped after a week.
Another scam ploy to get you to stop calling and emailing and to keep your money .
This company also hides under 3 names. Be careful.
