Product installation was simple. Even supply with a hex screwdriver. Instruction could be better for less knowledgeable customers. Used a little thread putty to make sure fit is snug for the orifice and supply line.

Great product, quick delivery. I recommend watching a few YouTube videos to go along with the product to better understand the whole process.

Overall very pleased with BBQFC. I never received an email that my order had shipped and called to inquire, left a message and never heard back. However my NG to propane conversion kit arrived a couple of days later and was just as it should have been. It seems they have trouble with communication, ie emails and phone calls and may want to look into shoring that area of their business up, but received what I ordered in a very timely manner and was extremely pleased with the product. Weber Spirit II E310 NG to propane.

Order was exactly as advertised, easy conversion kit and had all parts labeled and bag, great organization, awesome small detail was all parts taped to appropriate tools.

I ordered a conversion kit to Ontario. I could not install it as Ontario requires a manifold that did not accompany the kit. I reached out to bbq fuel conversions. They did not answer nor reply to any emails. Very poor service and the kits are not compatible in Ontario. Do not order from them. Extremely disappointed.

Apparently, in the spring, these guys had some sourcing and labor issues impacting service time and delivery. I ordered my conversion kit (propane to NG) in early July and received it within two weeks. The package arrived with no issues. My weber grill is now fully functioning. I would use Bbquefuel again and refer them to a friend. Folks, let's lighten up and be more patient during this new Covid and Great Resignation era.

I originally ordered a retrofit kit for an under unit tank setup, not knowing I needed the conversion for bulk supply. I called jack and he was more than helpful with guiding me with what I needed. I've tried multiple different company's both local and online to try and find the parts I needed, either i got wrong parts or poor quality ones.javk supplies good quality parts and stands by his product. From one small business to another for every bad review there's 100 silent good reviews.

Originally I had written a very unpleasant review after waiting a month and a half for my order and receiving no responses to my follow-up emails. Eventually I finally did receive my order. I suppose the point to all of this is you will eventually receive what you paid for, but not any time soon and don't expect very good communication from them.

Ordered conversion kit for my Weber on 7/7/22. Still not shipped. No response to emails. Spoke briefly with rep 10 days ago. Said item would be shipped that day and has not as of this review. Paypal has been notified of dispute requesting refund. Use caution. Shop elsewhere.

If they were having any issues keeping up with business, they aren’t anymore. I bought a kit and converted my BBQ to run off Bulk Propane. Moved to a rural area in PA and was glad to bring my grill along with me. Saved me tons of money. Whole process to an hour to convert. Happy to be back grilling me some steaks.

I have dealt with Jack twice in the last 2 weeks. He has gone above and beyond. He went out of his way to make sure I received the right items, and delivery was quick. I called with questions, and he responded quickly with all the answers that I needed. He told me if I have any further questions to just call. It was great talking to a live person and I look forward to dealing with him again. I highly recommend this company, there are not many companies that have this exceptional customer service!

Second transaction with this company. They were amazing. Went above and beyond to fix my problem. Highly recommend this company.

one star is one too many ,Finally got the parts but over 2 months later , not worth it . used my credit card once in the last 2 years to purchase this kit a week after got a call from my bank credit card was flagged, it was used for a two bogas purchase's. Had to go thru the process of getting a new card . numerous calls and emails to this company with no response. Same time they were selling on Ebay and filling orders , got the lame excuse short staffed but not to short for Ebay look on line for other venders for this not worth the headache !

Starting with a four-star review and am willing to work up to a five. This organization is in "business to be in business". They wnat to make $$ and employee folks. We need to be supportive of those still impacted by COVID. Communication has improved. My call was answered quickly and my order status was confirmed. If I can wait 14 months for a generator, I can wait a few weeks for a conversion kit.

Do not order from this company. Total scam. I ordered in March, its now almost July, have not received my order. Have not received any communication as to when it will ship. Have tried contacting the company for a refund, no response.

Do not order from them unless you like not knowing when your order will ship, if you like not being able to speak to anyone, or if you like to not get answers from your emails. Tried communicating with them no less than 6 times in past week. COVID or not, no excuse for such poor communication.

What a scam! Ordered 3 weeks ago. All they have done is charge my credit card. There is no customer service to contact and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Ordered a conversion kit on May 17 2022, took my money immediately. Have not been able to get a response by phone, email or text since. Very frustrated would like an answer of some kind.

Just an FYI to everyone attempting to buy a kit in the last few days. Apparently most of the warehouse has been out with COVID for the past 2 weeks causing a major delay in their busy season. Someone has finally reached out to me and they were very professional and helpful to fix the situation.
