Terrible mattress, I’m refusing to pay to send a faulty mattress back, Amazon sending emails to them on my behalf.

Not holding out much hope!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Bought 2 mattresses on a next day delivery through Amazon. They failed to deliver next day. They refused to call back the delivery even though I hadn’t even received it. They made me pay to return them both, both boxed completely new. I have proof of return and still they have not refunded me. There’s no customer services to contact even if though they say they have. Disgusting joke of a company DO NOT BUY ANYTHING is my advice

I bought mattresses from them and they are not as advertised, too soft. They agreed to return and refund, goods were received on 19th February and to date (8th March) still haven’t received my money!

Don't promise next day delivery if you haven't actually got any in stock!

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered a 3ft mattress via amazon, got sent a 4ft 6in mattress- completely useless. Contacted them via amazon, bedz just completely ignored the issue being their problem and rabbited on about delivery times. It's costing us £40 to return it to them, not sure we'll even be refunded for goods or postage.

Terrible company. Bought a mattress via Amazon, followed the Amazon returns process (had to
pay £20 to return it). No refund received. I’ve emailed them several times via Amazon, they have confirmed receiving the mattress yet still no refund several weeks later. Scammed and £115 out of pocket!

if i could give 0 point i would of the single mattress i ordered from amazon from this company was awful just some springs in a mattress useless please dont buy this 64 pounds on amazon

A comical disastrous service from a shambolic company. They sent the wrong size bed out and refused to deal with the issue. Ended up having to file a chargeback with VISA to get my money back.

Ordered memory foam mattress via Amazon UK, the chemical smells are triggering my partners asthma, after reading the 500 plus reviews on Amazon it seems many others are experiencing this. It is costing me £40 to return what I consider a defective and dangerous product sold and according to ‘distance selling’ consumer UK laws this is defective yet I am out of pocket £40. I am concerned on further research that these chemicals are carcinogenic and highly dangerous to health.

Ordered memory mattress from Bedzonline given 1 delivery date courier Fedex no tracking available.
Day of delivery item still at Dewsbury with the supplier not even despatched that was on delivery day. Unreliable not truthful.
Cancelled order through Amazon, which I purchased item.
Amazon why are you advertising this supplier when there is so many dissatisified customers.

I am still waiting for a mattress to be delivered that I ordered in January 2023. They have taken payment from my account but to date the order has not been fulfilled.

Run as fast as you can from this company.

HI, I ordered a single mattress on Amazon from this company in good faith, expecting the description to be correct.
The mattress is for my granddaughters first bed and I was really excited to get her bed set up as she doesn't have her own room at home.
It is described as a single mattress with memory foam and delux knitted micro quilted stretch fabric sprung mattress. There is certainly nothing delux about this mattress. Its such bad quality, no memory foam in sight, cheap shiny outer fabric that is dirty and you can feel every spring. Its also really noisy with pinging and scrunching. If you sit on it your bottom hits the base of the bed as the springs part with any weight.
I have asked for a refund but I doubt that I will get one as I won't be able to return as it was vacuum packed and I have no idea how I would return it. That's £50 waisted as I will need to buy something else. Am gutted as money is tight and really wanted to make this lovely for my granddaughter.

SCAM. Do not buy! The mattress is garbage and definitely not memory foam. Impossible to reach seller or get a refund. Avoid - this will only cause back issues.

Been trying for weeks to reach them and couldn't, they sent the wrong mattress and I had to spend more money with another one

Purchased a 4ft wide mattress supplied 3ft…
Purchased a 4ft wide mattress via Amazon but they supplied a 3ft wide one as clearly printed on their own label. They say when unwrapped it will expand to 4ft!!!!! Why label it 3ft? Now expect me to pay the return postage to get a refund and refuse to arrange collection. I have offered to return it to the local Amazon warehouse without a reply. Also took longer than the promised delivery date to arrive. I would never use this company again and am surprised Amazon sponser / host such a company. I paid by debit card so am asking the bank for a refund. Only ever deal with this company with a protected form of payment or it will cost you money to return any wrongly delivered items.

I purchased this 3ft spring and memory foam mattress on Amazon, foolishly without reading the reviews on Amazon and Trust Pilot prior to my purchase. Too late now but they all read the same, keep away from this company. It arrived heavily shrink wrapped in a 3ft by 16 inch square box. When released I realised it no way resembled the mattress I had ordered, the material was different and not grey sides as per the illustration, to match my divan. Worse of all the advertised deep layer of memory foam that is said will contour to your body does not exist. After allowing it to settle for the suggested 72 hours, it still did not appear, infact you can feel the springs through the thin material and every movement creates a ding and a dong from the springs. You would not even expect a light child to be able to sleep on it. This item is only good for the local tip. After 4 emails, 4 unanswered phone calls with no call back to my urgent request for a call back and a posted letter, still no response from their customer services. It was only when I contacted Amazon that the company deigned to reply telling me they have the right to change the materials. OK, but they don't have the right not to provide the memory foam topper. Their reply is for me to return it by courier at my cost. How exactly do I get this mattress back into the tiny box? and why should I pay heavy costs to return something that is not as advertised. Amazon can't help, as it is an independent comany advertising on Amazon. I implore you always read the reviews, this company has nothing but one star, awful reviews for this item. They should not be allowed to sell it and I am going to make it my quest to tell the local Dewsbury trades descriptions and trading standards about this company which should not be allowed to trade through the media. I wish all the disappointed people could band together to run them out of Dewsbury town.

Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Bought a mattress that was wrong size, wrong depth, wrong cover and didn't come with a pillar as told in ad. I had to return at my expense so I ended up out of pocket. They wouldn't give a refund despite getting the mattress back. Insisted on seeing proof of postage and proof it had been signed for by them. I had to go through PayPal disputes. They even tried telling me they didn't work with paypal to get out of refunding me. People need to be made aware of companies like this.

Do not buy , our order never turned up, emails and phone calls unanswered. Trying to get money back via paypal. Keep writing reviews so this company cannot operate anymore .
