AWFUL - AVOID AT ALL COSTS



This appears to be a scam! I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before buying!



I bought 2 mattresses directly from their website. They delivered the wrong mattresses, inferior to what I ordered. I telephoned them immediately to ask them to correct this. 4 telephone calls (goes to a voice message) and 4 emails later I have still not heard back from them at all. It's been 8 weeks.

 bedzonline website terms say if they deliver incorrectly contact their customer services for them to rectify it. Impossible to reach!

I tried reversing the payment with PayPal who would only reverse it if I returned the mattresses at my cost, courier cost of approximately £55 to return both because of the size of the mattresses.

The choice I'm left with is keep inferior mattresses knowing that I've been ripped off or return them and lose £55 with nothing to show for it.

The scam is simple. Deliver an inferior product knowing that the customer is unlikely to return it due to the courier costs involved. Disgusting.

I will NEVER buy from them again and strongly suggest that you don't either.

I also wished that I have read the reviews before I purchased my king-size mattress! I wasn’t impressed when I first received it , I felt there was no support when you sat on the edge of the mattress you virtually slid off! I’ve had the mattress for over a year and now all the springs are poking through and it is so uncomfortable I wish I sent it back straight away but my mother was ill at the time and I just had other priorities! I have contacted bedzonline but as it has been more than a year they are not interested! There is a saying buy cheap buy twice and that is very true with bedzonlineltd!!

Bought mattress from these guys. Terrible quality. When you try to return, they insist you pay the return postage. Terrible communication.

Don’t use this website or their eBay! Bought a mattress, seemed ok on delivery, 3 months later the memory foam was squashed and you could feel the springs. Contacted them the said to flip it. I did this and again it was ok for a while. Now it has somehow shrunk in size (at least 4/5 inches short at the top/bottom & 3/4 width wise) and the mattress is ripped and a spring is fully popped out. Contacted again via eBay no response despite not having the mattress a year. Tried their website still no response. It was only used by my teenage son and he isn’t a big lad.

I've upped this to four stars, but it was one star originally. I ordered four mattresses (7 zone foam), which I have now received and - although they've yet to be tested over time by sleeping on them - they seem very good. No smell, fairly firm, and plenty of support.

Ultimately, delivery was very quick. I ordered them on Wednesday and received them on Saturday. However, on Thursday they said the order was complete and being despatched, and then on Friday I only received one mattress with a message from DPD saying delivery was complete. The Bedzonline website contact links for email and phone led nowhere. When I found a phone number, I kept being put through to answerphone. There was no reply to the message I left, so I was beginning to worry it was a scam.

However, I kept calling, and when I did eventually manage to get through to someone, they were very helpful. They spoke to the warehouse who said the other three packages had been left behind. They promised to despatch them that evening, and the other three mattresses turned up the next day.

So, I think the product is very good, and worth getting if you are prepared to be a bit patient in sorting out any problems that occur. But they need to improve their admin and get the contact details sorted out on their website. (I found the phone number by doing a google site search.)

I previously wrote a review in respect of a bed purchased from this company which broke within no time. Not long after, the company contacted me with a sudden U turn from management advising they would like to replace the bed sides ‘as a gesture of goodwill’ however did not currently have them in stock. I was asked to send them my purchase ID and they would issue the sides as soon as they were in stock. This was in August and despite a number of messages being sent by myself I am yet to receive a response or the sides.

Another bad company disgraceful why can't I find a descent matress company it's a good I have trust pilot guiding me to buy eBay and Amazon should by rights stop them advertising the way they treat buyers after purchasing tut tut shameful

I ordered a double ,7 zone memory mattress , late one evening , it arrived 2 days later , rolled and packed as stated ..I opened it up and aired it out for 24 hours before sleeping on it...I was amazed how deep it was once ready ..and it was like sleeping on a cloud , so comfy...it's now 4 years old , used every night , and is just starting to go a bit flat , but still usable ..for £79 at the time , it was a brilliant mattress , cheaper than a good mattress topper , & well worth the money , and if I'd had to buy a new one every year , it would still be cheaper than some of the more expensive branded ones ,and service was great from order to delivery ..and no , I'm not related or friends with the company , I've no idea who owns it ...I did notice there was info online at the present time about covid and delayed deliveries , same as every other UK company . .

Rubbish company - Total Letdown !!!!!!

Ordered a double mattress from them two days ago as they advertised next day delivery.
Called up today and they advised that in the small writting deliveries are held up !!! They then stated that I could pay an extra charge to get it in time !!! Question, why advertise next day delivery at all then ?
Total let down for this weekends visitors.

I wish I had read the reviews before I decided to purchase a mattress from these scammers. As others have said you won't receive a confirmation email, you won't get responses via email EVER. When you try calling all day every day no one will answer. That one time someone does decide to pick up they will hang up on you. It's been over a week and absolutely no communication and I have lost a hundred quid. I am currently contacting amazon to make sure that they remove these scammers from selling on there and I'm also contacting an obudsman. Also, having done some digging all the reviews on these scammers fb page are of their friends and family and any positive reviews on here are also friends and family. AVOID AS IT WILL COST YOU.

This company is very unprofessional, I sent back a matress that was advertised as memory foam, we it was just cheap foam, still waiting for refund, please do not order from this company, I wish I had read the reveiws before I ordered!!!

The guy gave every excuse gokng, itll come tomorrow, late delivery blah blah!
After 2 days I told him I was a lawyer a d I've got a police case open... thank god I used PayPal but the guy refunded me after thinking I was bringing in police. DO NOT BUY FROM BEDZONLINE! W

orderd a bed on Friday . they took my money from my account immediately!!
yet failed to send any confirmation to the purchase !
tried to call numerous amounts of times was stuck on hold and still currently stuck on hold at 1hr and 30 minutes waiting to shout at someone!
email sent to there website .. no response.
email failed to there email through paypal .. Failed.
I do not believe that this is a genuine site and I recommend that people most defiantly stay away!!
im now currently in the process of raising a dispute with PayPal to get my money back

0 stars. Don't waste your time and have a stress. Bought matress UK sizes standard 4ft6, received matress 184cm leight, over week silly chatting and seller agreed replace "defective" mattress and promise delivery new mattress than collecting old, OK, but in real old mattress was collected immediately on next day and new one not delivered. Week is gone, seller keep silent and not answering on messages..... I'm without mattress

Lets call a spade a spade here. Bedzonline has mattresses on here for under 100 pounds; some as low as 80 quid. Therefore, the "you get what you pay for" is exactly the phrase that comes to mind. If you are essentially looking for a mattress to last you up to 3 years (of occasional/light) use, then these are fine. Ordered one, came on time, no issue, unfolded fine (due to vac pack). On new bed at the moment, waiting 72 hours for it to settle. Touched. Looked firm enough...........................So...............this company does what is says. Supplies cheap mattresses, cheaply, and on time (as I experienced no issue with delivery). So...hence high score.
You cant pay sub 100 for a mattress and expect the world.....if you do....then you should go elsewhere for your mattress!!!!!
