Ordered 2 x 2000 pocket sprung…
Ordered 2 x 2000 pocket sprung mattresses on Monday afternoon and they arrived in perfect condition on Wednesday Morning! The driver was friendly and helpful!
The young lady at Bedzonline answered all my technical questions and was friendly and helpful.
I've never seen or had a pocket sprung mattress that has been vacuum packed but it made it easy to move and seems in perfect condition after its compression.I will recommend to others who want a inexpensive pocket sprung mattress.

Dreadful products
Dreadful products, a mattress I bought didn't even last a year with a child using it. Customer service rubbish, refused to refund because it had been a couple of weeks longer than a year when I contacted them. Avoid them like the plague! Wouldn't use their products again even if I was paid to.
Still on hold.... for 50 minutes
So I have currently been on hold with bedzonline for 50 minutes (I'm either very determined or very stubborn) trying to find out where tf my mattress is, which I ordered on Wednesday the 5th of September. Being promised next day delivery when ordered before 12pm, I thought that sounded great!
Sounds like a lush mattress and I got my bed first which I put together myself and is all ready for my mattress... which has not arrived and it is now Monday the 10th!!
So i checked UPS and it said they have not received my mattress so here I am, STILL waiting to be answered by this useless company. Never again will I say to myself 'risk it for a biscuit'.... I risked it but I have not received my bloody biscuit!!

This was purchased through amazon.
Bedzonline denied receiving any correspondence from myself or amazon even though its evidenced and a week on and my daughter is sleeping on the floor of our bedroom because she still hasnt got a bed.

Absolute rubbish. A company that offers next day nationwide delivery but cannot deliver on that promise. We have waited 2 days and still no delivery only to be told because of the area we live in (I knew I should not have moved to the moon!!) Delivery is now delayed by another day. Now a company is only as good as the delivery firm it uses and UPS are diabolical. My advice avoid like the plague and don't bother trying contact them by phone either.

Fantastic experience with this bed company after having a horrendous experience with other bad manufacturers and couriers elsewhere.
I called to check who their courier was and explained I had problems with other companies and they were really helpful. I spoke to Jim and he was particularly helpful even got the bed I wanted in the colour I really wanted even though it wasn't showing as available on their website, he called the manufacturer and got it all sorted out, great customer service. Bed frame delivered on the date stated, communication with them and the Panther courier was excellent. Would highly recommend them, seamless experience.

Unbelievable Customer Service - Bedzonline
I ordered a mattress on 28 December 2017 before 12pm as Bedzonline offered next day delivery if bought before 12pm.
The confirmation came immediately as well as the confirmation from UPS saying that they have received the order and shall inform me when they receive the package for delivery on 29 December 2017. I was very pleased with the easy way to order online and to receive an immediate confirmation. The thought of a new mattress on New Year brought a smile on my face. I was happy.
I waited until afternoon the following day but no further information was received. Contacting UPS I was informed that the mattress hasn’t been received and they advised me to call Bedzonline which I did. After 1 hour on hold I hang up. While I was waiting I also had sent them a message via their website. I was not contacted that day and was left in the dark. I couldn’t reach them neither on 30st nor on 31st December 2017 or on 01 January 2018.
On 02 January 2018, 5 days later, they replied per e-mail saying they will check back with the courier as if it was now UPS’s fault and that at the same they send a new one out and I should get it on Thursday.
I received a text message and an e-mail on 03 January 2017 at 12.07 pm confirming that I shall expect the mattress on 04 January 2018, delivery this time by DPD. I had to accept it as I couldn’t reach Bedzonline by phone and e-mail reply takes days obviously. I rearranged it all so that I could stay at home all day on Thursday.
When I checked my e-mails the same evening after coming home from work I found another e-mail from Bedzonline from 4.47 pm, advising me that they do not have the necessary material for my mattress. They would receive it on Thursday and would send the mattress on Friday now.
I felt like cancelling the whole order but because I went on vacation the following week I was desperate to have that mattress issue done and dusted. Again I had to rearrange everything so that I could stay at home the whole day on Friday. I sat at home on Friday until 12.30 pm. No message or information from DPD. I tried to contact them but on their website you can only enter the parcel number which still shows the parcel is on the way. No phone/e-mail contact.
Therefore I called Bedzonline again. Surprisingly the phone call was immediately answered. I asked for my mattress. The agent checked the system and said after a while she would need to put me on hold. It seems that their lack of training expands also to the phone handling as I was not put on hold and could listen to the whole conversation she had with her colleagues.
Bottom-line was that they were not able to deliver the mattress and were wondering what to tell me. When the agent came back on the phone, not even realising her mistake, she tried to explain that the material had arrived but that now the springs were missing. I told her that I had listened to the whole conversation and would have appreciated the truth. She more or less said that she cannot change the situation that the mattress cannot be delivered and that it’s not her fault. She is in the office and doesn’t know what is going on in the warehouse. She offered to cancel the order and refund the money.
I just agreed… being speechless and extremely upset having waited for the mattress for 8 days, wasted 3 days expecting the delivery and being left without a mattress now. I cannot even order a new one because I’m leaving next week. The refund was processed within minutes. At least something they know how to do.
Things can go wrong but this was one of the worst Customer Service experiences.
Shocking
I bought a mattress from this company and qualified for the next day delivery which would have been 6th January. It is now the 9th Jan and still no item. I tried ringing customer service yesterday but after 40 minutes with no one answering I gave up. I then sent an email with all the details and my number and asked someone to ring me back. No one did. I went through paypal and their resolve centre and even got another number and email address from them. So tried contacting the company using these two extra methods. No one replied/answered. As a disabled person I have had to sleep in a chair for 3 nights in -3 degrees as my mattress was removed on Saturday in time for the new one coming. I am emotionally and physically distressed and no-one is willing to contact me or speak to me. I cant get a refund as no-one will speak to me and I cannot afford to buy another mattress until I get the refund.
Please do NOT buy from this company.
Not 200cm & refused to provide return autho
Ordered 200cm mattress. Followed all instructions & even waited multiple more days before putting onto bunk beds. Bunk bed internal length is 200cm & the mattress clearly well short of that (almost 10cm short).
Makes me think they sent 190cm mattresses by mistake or defective.
Contacted seller for replacement delivery & collection of defective. Seller refused saying I have to have 200cm ruler to prove it.
I pointed out they can measure when they collect. They refused & refused to provide return authorisation.
Contacted Amazon who then forced them to provide return autho.
Then seller refused to collect them.
Amazon said to get quotes to ship the return. Cheapest quote was over £200 which is way more than the total product value.
Certain seller could have delivered replacements & collected return at same time much cheaper than £200 but Amazon says seller will be forced to refund it all.
Whole saga over Christmas is terrible. The problem was bad but could have been fixed quickly had seller not refused to do even basic things any other company does (and it would have saved them money). Buyer beware!!!

Really surprised and great service
Was initially sceptical about the price but amazed with the quality. Also great to have something made in the UK rather than an import (that I've had bad experience with in the past!). The free next day delivery was also a huge bonus.
