Appalling company. With bone idle “technicians” washing machine broke on the 8th of October called for a repair as within 12 months from new. Was upsold some sort of care plan. “Technician” came on the 10th to identify problem told me he needed to order parts. Waited until the 23rd for him to come with the parts ordered to make the repair. Turned up was here 30 seconds where he told me the parts had broken in the back of the van and he would need to re order and reschedule the repair. Got an automated text to say he will come back on the 30th October to repair the machine. Not a cats chance in hell. Spoke to beko was passed from pillar to post, was told after 14 days if the machine is not repaired it would be replaced. Can’t get a straight answer out of anyone all liars. STAY WELL CLEAR OF ANYTHING BEKO. Shocking products and shocking customer service “technicians” or engineers or whatever they call themselves don’t have a clue, and that’s coming from myself a registered gas and ac ENGINEER!

Only thing I paid for old machine and packing picked up.My partner had to deal with all packing.My review reflects that.

You get what you pay for. They are more affordable than other brands, and when it works, it works; however, my washer arrived defective. It wasn't noticeable at first, but it got worse after 1 week of use. They kept saying no to replacing the unit, but after 3 weeks of 'investigation' and ordering, they ended up just replacing the unit via the retailer. Their CS team is very friendly, but their SOP can use some improvement.

I have used my new beko washing machine about 4 or 5 times since I had new plumbing done. It’s amazing, I now wonder how I coped with hand washing beforehand and getting things dry. I’m very pleased with this product.

The freezer is great. We love it

Used Halifax store to view product. Staff very helpful and ordering was easy. Delivery drivers assisted in positioning new freezer in garage and removing old freezer. Couldn't have been easier!

Lovely looking cooker works well unfortunately the controls are a bit of a hit or miss the hob controls are fine but oven controls your not sure what temp yiu are on although it tells yiu 200 or 180 etc there is no arrow or similar to indicate where it is temperature indicator is very small hardly visible took me ages to even find it
