Beko 

Bought a BEKO washing machine in September which has been leaking since I got it. The engineer can find no “manufacturers fault” so BEKO will do nothing about it, and are trying to charge me £55 for the privilege. I am left with a leaking unreliable machine and will need to go and buy another, which certainly won’t be a BEKO.

Most disgusting customer service experience, cut me off twice and were extremely rude when I finally spoke to someone.

Appalling service from this company.
Integrated fridge freezer lasted 3 years from new and now inoperative and unrepairable.Customer services not interested n discussing,fobbed off and then they hung up on me.

Don't buy from this company.Not fit for purpose.

Beko where do I start dont buy a washing machine from them I've had mine nearly 5months had two people.out one told me there was nothing wrong with it when it was like it was takeing off on a 1200 spin second bloke told me its was to shockers nearly 4 weeks later hearing nothing from them I'm stuck without a washer the shockers were gone on it from day one beko have been no help I've asked for replacement to be told ask currys we cant give you one they are a joke nearly 400pounds on a washer that I cant use November I got the washer

this is now the third time i have needed to call beko out regarding faulty appliances (all within months of purchase) The first time the washer dryer is making a burning smell every time i use the dryer and it is heating up the wooden work top. I was advised not to put any clothes in that i cared about being damaged, so basically i never use the dryer now.
Second call out my dishwasher kept tripping the fuse and then smoke was coming out of the bottom of it. The engineer implied this was very common for these machines, not very reassuring with a baby at home.
Today is the last straw, now the washer dryer is leaving everything soaking wet no matter how many times i press spin. I am having to put towels all over the floor as the clothes are dripping everywhere. I explained i am concerned as the dirty water is obviously not being pumped out and therefore the clothes are still dirty. As myself and my partner work in a hospital and have to wash our uniforms, i explained i am concerned about how unhygienic this is for my 6 month old baby. I have been told they cant get an engineer out to me until thursday despite the fact that i cannot wash anything. I asked to speak to a manager and they said he was busy and could not come to the phone but would call me back in 24 hours.
I am disgusted that they do not have emergency call outs for households with young children, especially as we have to wash hospital clothing. This is now the third issue, i would never ever buy beko again, please do not be drawn i by the apparent good reviews on their website. Products are terrible, aftercare terrible.

Bought integrated washer/dryer £430 and had new circuit board after 10 months , broke down again 2 months after warranty ran out and all they would say was it's out of warranty too long so tough luck.

Please don't waste your money money buy a decent make and from a company that actually cares.

had a beko dishwasher delivered two days ago its flooded the kitten trip the power sending it back dangers thing burn sum ones lessees house down

Beko 1200 washing machine is truly a load of rubbish. I am constantly having to rewash things as it just doesn’t wash properly.
I have tried every cycle there is and most of them take hours and the result is always the same. Little (easy to clean) stains still there. Put the clothes in the sink and wash by hand and the stains are gone.

Beko man came out, asked ‘do you use tablets to wash?’ I said yes, he blamed that, said I should use powder. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and started using powder. Same results. My grandson got chocolate on his t shirt yesterday, hasn’t washed out. I will never buy a beko product again.

Brought Beko washing machine a year ago 18th Feb online delivered 25th Feb 2019. Wasn't really happy with it as it is horrendously loud and shaky when spinning, moving forward about 5 inches but thought that it might just be us. Visited our son recently who is away at Uni renting with friends and they have a Beko washing machine which is considerately quieter and stays put so I called Beko who were uninterested as they 'go by order date not delivery date' so it is out of warranty. Will never buy a Beko again.

I would never buy a Beko oven or appliance again. With first time use the oven overheated to the point where the oven light fitting melted!
Following arguments with Beko the oven was replaced and now after 6 weeks the new oven is now not working. It won't turn on and the Beko website suggests trying things like seeing if the fuses work, the oven light has blown etc. I am not an electrician or handy person and with a barely out of the box oven I do not expect to have to deal with this yet again

I bought Beko washing machine four months ago from Currys Pc World.
It started leaking and flooding my carpet every time. I called Beko, who told me that within 24 hours a repair company would contact me on behalf of Beko. no one called. again I had to contact Bek who gave me the number to the engineer. I did not want to waste a day at work for the engineer's visit, so I suggested Friday after 14. The lady informed that they did not have deadlines on Friday. I will add that they work from 8.00 to 18 from Mon to Fri when people work. I will never buy a washing machine from this company again and I would not recommend it to anyone. The company doesn't care about customers at all.

My first Beko American fridge freezer was bought 2years ago and o Lyn lasted 10 months and had to be refunded, only got back the price I paid and had to pay £150 more as the price had gone up I purchased my new one from so,nine months later it stopped working overnight and I lost a whole freezer full of food, I rang Beko and they said no one could come out for another five days, so had nowhere to store food like milk cheese and frozen foods, so then had to purchase a small second hand fridge freezer to put in the garage to tide me over, when the engineer came on the Tuesday he said he needed to order a part, that someone would be here on the Friday so had to wait yet again, guess what I got a phone call on the Thursday night to say the part hadn't arrived, so would have to wait until the part is available, who knows when, I have complained to Beko about the whole situation e.g. my frozen foods the fact that two of their fridge freezers have broken down in less than a year and the stress and inconvenience, and all they could say was warranty doesn't cover food or anything else, stress and inconvenience, not happy at all

My fridge and freezer is Grinding but Beko providing all repair service. I'm waiting for new compressors one week already and still Beko don't have in stock. Warranty emergency repairs service is taking a two weeks now. Absolutely stay away from Beko.

Bought a washing machine .. 1400 spin and you can wring water out of clothes .. Mechanic said nothing wrong with it .. I would never recommend Beko or their after sales .. Mostly rude .

No communication between Beko, engineers and Dolphin appliances who carry out repairs. Many frustrated calls whereby they continuously cancel appointments. Passed backwards and forwards from Beko to Dolphin. Phoning in frustration they tell you there is nothing they can do and do not call them again. An absolute shambles and a disgrace. Shirley/Sheila at Dolphin appliances was rude and patronising at my frustration over the five cancelled callouts. My only reply from an email to Dolphin that I had titled with job number and Postcode was to request my postcode?!?
Astonishing lack of customer services, how on earth are these two companies still operating and falsely selling appliances with misleading warranties.
Despite many emails communicating details of the part that needed replacing when engineer turned up he did not have the part. He had not been advised of any of the seven emails! Told we would have to wait for the part to be ordered… Stil waiting....
Only sorry that I did not read reviews prior to purchase.
Will be sending all my telephone recordings, emails, length of phone conversations to watchdog. Total disgrace.

Wouldn’t recommend beko at all washing machine has broken 3 times now insurance what you take out with them is even worse stay well clear of beko appliances total crap worst People to deal with taken a whole week to say they haven’t ordered parts yet rediculous cost more going a laurndret an taxi fares all they could do was say sorry what helps that never take insurance out with them never buy anythink off beko I have things and insurance with curry’s never had a problem if they can’t fix things they replace it if they can it’s done in that same week learnt my lesson to never use beko again stay well clear .

I am absolutely disgusted with my appliances! In less than 12 months i have had to call out an engineer to fix my fridge freezer and now my dishwasher. Two different appliances with one common factor - they are Beko!

I don’t even warrant the 1 star i have selected but apparently i cannot leave a review without selecting the amount of stars!!

The gentleman who took my call yesterday had a bad attitude and didn’t want to help me. He even said that my appliances were not insured even though i pay the bloody direct debit so i know they are!! After another 21 questions he managed to finally tell me that in fact they were insured!!

Absolutely disgusted and this is an understatement!

We bought a Beko fridge/freezer and within 18 months the gas had leaked. Because it was out of warranty Beko offered no help. This is the 1 st time in our 38 years of marriage that a fridge has lasted only 18 months; our other 2 fridges were replaced because we wanted bigger and better. We do not recommend Beko!

Booked a technical twice to fix a dishwasher that is under the extender period of warranty and he has not showed up at any of those times without giving notice. Now they are asking me about additional random details that have not requested previously. Utterly annoying. Will not recommend Beko to anybody and will not buy this make in the future.
