Stealing from those with less
As a single mother I wanted to treat myself to a rare opportunity to see the Alvin Ailey Dancers that are coming to Dallas, Tx. I went online to Benefithub.com to purchase 1 ticket. When I went to purchase the ticket it told me twice that line items don't match. I checked the order over twice, it only stated that one item was being purchased for a total of about $395. An error occurred twice state line items don’t match. I checked the order over twice and it indicated BOTH TIMES that one ticket was being purchased but when it did go through it charged me for two tickets totaling almost $860.00. I called Benefithub that day and spoke with Oliver who immediately questioned my integrity and said they had to see if I was telling the truth. Mind you, the two tickets are in two totally different parts of the opera house, which in itself makes no sense. Then I demanded a supervisor who then was Chad. Chad rudely began to speak over me and talk down to me which I truly believe was racially driven and promised he'd call me back in 30 minutes. Chad lied and never called back. In the mean time I called Trey Sykes and Chris Frystock in Pennsylvannia, who were listed as leaders in the organization to get resolution. Neither of them called back either. I then finally called Chad back and he smugly told me that they could not refund the ticket because it was my fault.

Brien O'Brien is the man!
Brien O'Brien was extremely helpful especially when my toddler decided to delete a vehicle off my policy. Conveniently my renewal was coming up and he went ahead and shopped around to get me a lower rate on my car insurance without being asked. All I wanted was my car added back onto my origional policy. In my opinion he went above and beyond for me amd saved me money, which is always a good thing. It was a hectic email conversation that turned into a very easy and friendly 15 minute phone conversation.

Bought tickets on this service. Checked in with them a couple times about the delivery of my tickets and they said they were working on it. Then, only a couple hours before the event do I receive a phone call saying they can’t fulfill my order, and they can’t find any other tickets as it is now sold out. Sure they gave a refund, but now I’m out the travel and hotel cost. This service is not reliable.
