Sales lady was extremely helpful and explained the process clearly.

Rhiannon was such a great help in the Ayr store when we went in to purchase bunk beds for my grandaughter. There was never any pressure to buy and she was very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to make a purchase from Bensons for beds. The delivery men were also a great help, they arrived when they said they would and called me half an hour before delivery which is a great. I'll definitely be back in the future.

The sales lady Jocelyn was very helpful & knowledgeable in all aspects of different types of mattresses & height of the beds & was able to advise my wife who has had a stroke on which type of mattress & height needed. She also gave us her name & number to call if we had any problems. This lady definitely went above & beyond to help us. Even the delivery guys were lovely & very helpful & built the bed in what seemed a few mins woukd have taken me an hour. I definitely would recommend.

John from the Ayr store your sales person was super efficient got me exactly what I was looking for no hard sell just excellent advice

John, Assistant Manager, explained the different types of mattress and firmness well. We tested them out and narrowed down to two. We left to think things over. John called a couple of days later to advise of another 10% off mattresses. We revisited and decided on the mattress we wanted. We then considered a new bed frame also. Again we left the store to consider what we wanted. We did buy a new bed frame and mattress, along with two new igel pillows. John was very helpful and there was no pressure. Overall a very good and positive experience.

Delivery was dismal. It was in allocated time but the delivery men left it in a room in box. Wouldn’t open it. I knew when buying it there was no assemble but I was assured it would be taken out of box and waste removed. Had no joy from store and customer service couldn’t assist. Said also that I couldn’t return it as it was more than 7 days since purchase. As an elderly citizen I found the whole experience distressing and disappointing. Would not shop there again.

I love my new small double bed.Quality ash frame,solid mattress and matching bedside cabinet fit perfectly in to our spare room.

Paul and John were were very friendly, knowledgeable of the products and were not too pushy. The Ayr store is a great asset to the Benson for Beds company and would recommend a personal visit rather than ordering online.
