Delivery service was outstanding
Delivery service was outstanding. Had a bit of an awkward space to get my new bed into. Del guys were amazing. I liked the service in the showroom at Castlepoint really helpful.
However I have received the following in an email

We use a number of fillings in your mattress and due to this, you will find your mattress will naturally mould to your body, creating a slight dipping in your mattress. It is common for your mattress to feel slightly different after a few weeks of use because of this as your body adjusts and the mattress naturally conforms to your body shape. Adjustment period
Allow some time for your body to adjust and for the mattress to settle. The majority of normal settlement happens within the first 6 months of the mattress.
Surely a sinking matress is not providing the right support - Hence I bought a new one. Having spent £1500appr. £850 on a Air max 6 matress alone. I'm not sure i've spent my money in the right place. I'm left feeling disconcerted. Why wasn't this mentioned in the showroom? It feels like your managing my expections in the light of known issues?

We were looking for a firm, orthopaedic mattresses because Ive had neck fusion and have chronic lower back and leg pain.
Roberto politely approached us as we were looking around to ask how he could help.
We explained the health situation.
He took us straight to the Slumberland Orthopaedic Lux extra firm.
He explained a lot about how it was made and the benefits of purchasing it.
It is incredibly firm.
We waited 2 weeks for delivery and it was worth the wait.
It was an instant improvement when I woke up.
I didn't hurt as much and my pain has been considerably lower since.
I'd highly recommend this mattress if you suffer with back or neck pain.
I would highly recommend Benson Beds and I highly recommend Roberto is recognised for his excellent knowledge and salesmanship.
The delivery men were polite, helpful and professional.
Excellent customer service all round.
It'll be our go to place for bed shopping in the future.
